Bought my Seiko 5 srpe55k1 from GB watch shop.
The price was better than anywhere else I could find.
My watch was delivered in a couple of days and I'm extremely pleased with it. Brand spanking new with all the protective stickers etc. Royal mail tracking details were sent to me.
As I expected from researching the company, the warranty card was not stamped (but this also applies to two recent Seiko 5 purchases from John Lewis).
I would have preferred the Seiko box that my watch came in to have been shipped within another box rather than the padded envelope. (Maybe that's just me being fussy).
I would would order from GB watch shop again.

I bought a Casio G Shock from GB Watch Shop earlier this month. The watch was at the best price I could find online and it was delivered quickly and with no problems.
As the watch will be a gift for a friend, I phoned the company about registering the Casio guarantee, and was given immediate and helpful advice.
Today (Saturday), I had to ring again as I had accidently deleted the email with the watch invoice, which would probably be needed if there was a future guarantee issue. My call was answered by Scott, who straight away sent me a copy of the invoice.
I am very grateful for the fast, efficient and friendly customer service I have received from GB Watch Shop. It's quite rare these days to be actually able to speak to a live service agent - and even more rare to get an immediate and helpful response on a SATURDAY!
Having seen some of the negative reviews posted on Trust Pilot, I had been a bit wary about ordering from GB Watch Shop. However, the very many positive reviews on the company's website convinced me to place an order. My own experience with the company - purchase, delivery, and customer support - could not have been more positive.
I do not normally write lengthy reviews, but I felt that I should make my opinion clear in the light of the other negative reviews I read. I would have no hesitation in using GB Watch Shop again, or in recommending them to others.

Excellent service. Found a watch i wanted to purchase for a gift on a Google search. Almost paid way over what this site wanted as I was wary of mixed reviews on here however decided to go for it. Glad I did, the watch was £30 cheaper and then got 10%off as a first purchase. I paid a little extra for the tracked 48 delivery and it arrived next business day. Over the moon, many thanks. The watch looks fantastic too. Brand new, boxed and all information leaflets inside.

I would not even give this company one star. I am disgusted with the absolute level of poor customer service and customer care. I purchased 2 watches with this company over the past month. One of the watches stopped working. As I am at work away from home I require a working watch on my wrist at all times. I had no choice but to go to Timpsons and replace the battery which cost me £35. I understand that batteries cease working in time however not after 3 weeks. I contacted GB Watch shop to inform them as I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Well well well WOW. I appologised before hand not that I needed to but I am a polite person. I wanted to bring it to their attention. The man who addressed this was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, ARROGANT, OBNOXIOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL and was a damn right absolute DISGRACE. He is the absolute definition of CONESCENDING. He was showing an attitude of patronizing superiority. He laughed on the phone to my dismay. I said why are you laughing this is not funny and this appalling customer and customer care. Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. But very happy to take the money. I asked him for his name as I said I am going to leave you a negative review and he laughed at me again. He said I’m the boss and laughed yet again. This is an absolute disgrace from a professional man owning a business even if it is just a watch shop. Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour. I will not be taking my custom here ever again. Absolutely appalling service.

STAY AWAY from this company, very POOR and DISGUSTING customer service, purchased a watch in the last month and was faulty upon arriving, Rang the company for help and advice and spoke to “the boss” very rude and actually laughed, refused to give me his name and was very very rude, RIP OFF COMPANY, AVOID at all costs!!!

I recently purchased a Sekonda watch, and unfortunately, it arrived with a fault. The second hand attempts to tick but fails to move, making the watch unusable. I have recorded a video to demonstrate the issue, which will I share with the seller if required.

I am disappointed, particularly as I expected a brand-new item to function properly. I have requested a full refund from the seller, as this is not the level of quality I expected. I purchased the watch through PayPal, so hopefully I can resolve the issue should the seller fail to provide a full refund.

Completely agree with David on this one. Unfortunately people reading these negative reviews could potentially be put off from buying from this family run business. In my personal experience I can say I was very happy with the service I received from Yvonne over the phone also the cheapest prices around I ended up buying two watches for the price high street chains were charging for one a very friendly company to deal with. I will definitely be using again.

Great service and communication. Cheapest I could find for a watch I'd been looking at on line and quick delivery. Check the reviews on their own site and don't be put off by the bad reviews here.

Nice watch however the snap on back fell off and required a press to refit it. The seller was unapologetic. Would not buy from them again.
Update in regards to the sellers response - An apology would have been a nice start or something resembling good customer service. Clearly you or your company are not capable of this.
To the seller, should I be happy that the snap on back fell off a brand new watch? and that I had to fix this on myself with a press, I don't think so...... When contacting you about this you were not interested and were unapologetic. You only seem interested when anyone leaves an honest review that you don't like.

Very happy with my new watch. GB watch shop had the best price by far. Great website, fast delivery and excellent prices. I have no idea where the bad reviews come from, all very positive from my experience.

Ordered a Seiko watch on Amazon and didn’t bother looking up the dealer. When I read the reviews here on trustpilot I became worried because of how many bad reviews they had. So my expectations were really low and I wasn’t even sure if I would get my watch. But when it came I was positively surprised because there was nothing wrong with the watch at all. So maybe I was lucky but my own experience with this company is all good, but I don’t know if I will order from them again when I saw how many unhappy customers they have, so I give them a 4 instead of a 5 because of that.

Ordered a Seiko watch via Amazon. When delivered the packaging was empty!

I returned the Sekonda watch I ordered as the item received was not as described/advertised in pictures on the Company website; red crystals were monotone, with large gaps between them, that were made all the more obvious by the fact they were set on a white strap, which had a strange yellow line down the edge. The watch on the GB Watch Shop website describes the strap as being red leather lined and pictures shows multi-tonal red crystals, tightly set on a black strap.

Whilst the refund was promptly processed, the company deducted postage costs which I had explicitly requested on my returns form they not do given the item was not what I had ordered. They claim this is a change of mind, but I whole heartedly disagree - it is the return of a different looking item, which therefore should be at their expense, it is not sold as seen.

Purchased a secondary watch for Xmas present looks OK, good price will have to wait and see now.

Simply awful. Parcel was returned, they refuse to refund me, and I have to fight them via PayPal and ebay. Just a few day ago they openly provided a false tracking number (!!!) trying to mislead PayPal in order to avoid refund. They should be criminally prosecuted for certain. Communication is also just terrible and garbled. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: In their reply, now they openly lie that the parcel was not returned, it was returned almost TWO MOTHS AGO as per photo in attachment to Trustpilot as a proof, via the same shipping service the seller chose.

Small wonder 9 od 15 reviews are negative for this "seller".

A complete and utter joke this company is and will not register a return on klarna's site, customers need to know that they should stay away from this seller, im surprised they aren't on rogue traders

I purchased a Seiko 5 automatic , 3 day’s delivery and I get 10% off my next order , gonna be buying my son a watch, top service can’t complain.

No verification emails. Royal mail lost the parcel, instead of refunding me they are making me wait 3 full weeks for a PayPal case, when they have already confirmed the parcel was delivered to the wrong address 2 blocks away. Terrible service.

Bought a watch that arived on time, didn't like like it so sent back for a full refund, very easy to deal with.

As I said in my first review, I paid for a next day delivery before 1pm, I was told I would receive my order today Tuesday and still haven’t received my order, even though the seller alleges that I have, writing this well past 9pm. Better to go with a trusted watch seller with a reputation for dealing with customers fairly - especially if you need your goods on time, as paid for.
