Garnelio Reviews

Always well packaged, big plant portions, shipped quickly.... Always a pleasure to order from garnelio

Fast delivery, healthy shrimp. My tank was still being cycled with around 5 ppm nitrite level, and they still made it through. I even got some additional baby shrimp in the bag. :D

great seller, I am in second order and everything is perfect. wonderful and healthy animals, I will order again.🔝🔝🔝

the shipment has been very fast. shrimps arrived all alive and healtly anyway two of them died the day after i put them in to my tank. now i got three of them swimming in to my aquarium and it seems they are doing fine. i understand that things like this may appen specially because our water parameters are different that yours. even though i can consider satisfied.

The animals are very healthy and the amount of plants for the price is enormous compared to French websites. Wil order again.

I was very happy to find such a great online shop. Once the order (plants, shells and snails) was ready to be shipped, it was very fast delivered to Spain in very good conditions. Great customer service too during the whole buying process.

Despite sometimes being quite long to answer, client service will always find a solution to any issue you are facing, thank you!

Please note that I've also lowered the grade as half of the orange shrimps ordered died withing 2 days despite the watter being tested clean and other fishes and shrimps in perfect health.

The packaging was safe. The snails they're beautiful and healthy.

Thank You!

What service. I am very pleased.
I will recomend you to all I know. Super!
Thanks for fine shrimp and a good deal.

Great service! I ordered online a few days before Easter. Garnelio contacted me to warn me they prefered not to ship immediately to avoid delay of the shipment because of the holidays. My order contained shrimps, so I was glad they thought of that. Great communication as well! My shipment arrived 2 days after it has been shipped (destination: Belgium). Amongst the shrimps 2 pregnant females and lots of babies born during the shipment :)

Good service and communication and very nicely coloured shrimps

Amazing service quality! I had an issue with my shrimp delivery, the team sorted it out very quickly without going through an infinity of emails etc. They were very effective and professionnal.
The shrimps were absolutely amazing, as beautiful as pictured on their website. Overall very happy, I would recommend anyone to order with Garnelio!

Service super👍👍

The anomads were properly packed and sent. They look very healthy.

Had an Excellent experience with this shop. First prices and variety from the specimen are unbeatable,

Delivery was within the promised deadline.

Unfortunately some of the specimen did not make a alive to the final destination and these were promptly refunded (upon evidence) by the client service.

Will definitely recommend this shop and if one day needed will shop from there again.
