Packaging was excellent and all my little friends arrived in Sweden from Germany alive and well. Customer support was very active and friendly also. I will order again!

I ordered 4 male and 4 female of Cambarellus patzcuarensis. I paid the higher price because I wanted to be certain of the gender. When the package arrived there was only 4 of them, and no marks telling me anything about gender. So, four missing crayfish and four with unknown gender.

According to Garnelio they will send me 2+2 male/female to correct the issue. But the first four with unknown gender is not what I ordered and I have tried to discuss it with Garnelio, several times. I know that mistakes can and will happen and Im not the one who wants to write a low rate comment on Trustpilot. I would like to find a way to make both me and Garnelio happy, but when it is impossible to have a reasonable conversation with Garnelio theres only one option left: Tell the world about how I experience my order from Garnelio.

I ordered 30 neocaridina shrimps and only 18 arrived alive. 6 were clearly dead. For the remaining 6 there wasn't even a body, so I think they were missing. The water was yellow and stinky. Clearly a very poor quality shipment. I didn't complain because I didn't take a clear video or photos. In the photos the package must be closed and you must be able to count the animals in order to make a complaint. Both live and dead ones. Which is not easy without opening the package. I have bought shrimp two other times. The last time the water was a bit yellow and smelled bad, too, but not like this time and at least the animals were alive. I have the impression that their delivery service is getting worse.

Company provides very healthy specimens at very reasonable prices. The whole delivery process is very well streamlined. I will continue to buy from here, 100%.

I made an order at Garnelio.de and paid via Paypal. Made the order Thursday evening and the order wasn't sent until Tuesday night. It arrived in Denmark, but was never tried delivered, but instead returned to Garnelio. That is now 4 days ago, and I have heard nothing from them. The reason why it was returned is a mystery - perhaps the package was leaking?!?
I have written Garnelio twice. Both before the order was finally sent and again after the package was returned to them. Have still NOT heard back from either message. They have not refunded my money.

Came alive and well, within 24 hours

it's good all was alive but took a bit time but it was expected when it goes from one country to another

Delivery quick and professional in a polystyrene box and heating pack. During transport I’ve had a lot of offspring. Very small when unpacking and getting used to the aquarium water. Luckily I’ve seen them. Used dripping system . So more and more little shrimps were welcomed to their home.

Paying a lot for "Green Garneles" they send me only blue and red animals. First there was no withdraw possible, after sending a letter from my lawyer, i should send the animals back without any animal friendly packaging.

3rd bad experience with this shop, i recommend to order animals somewhere else

Great price and fast shipping

So far all shrimp and fish arrived in good condition. A few weeks later they’re very healthy, already breeding, and the plants are thriving as well. Customer service is quick to respond to concerns and questions, they’re friendly and solve problems in a timely manner. I’ve looked at other sites, but Garnelio always wins out on price and quality for me. I can highly recommend for those who cannot physically go to purchase their aquarium pets, or who don’t have a reputable brick and mortar store in their area.

3 orders and they messed them up each time.
1st order they mess up the wood pieces I ordered. I paid for 10 they sent me 2. They went ahead and gave me a coupon for their mistake, I ordered some foods etc the delivery took 3 weeks (1 week is typical but 3 is quite a lot). 3rd order they swap products with other products I didn't want without notifying me. Take your money and time elsewhere. This shop is ran by rookies it seems.

I opened an account here just so I can say how horrible this business is. It took them 7 days to even ship my order and it's now been 2-weeks since shipment and it's still not here! I paid €21 for shipping for live plants and shrimp only to be informed by customer service that my order was shipped using normal mail?!!! Honestly the worst customer service! This business is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Garnelio!

Would not recommend buy from. Expensive for shiping in eu with dhl. Delivery Date that's on website isnt true. Still havnt recived my products. Shiping link only showes stuck in germany they krep sending me not woundering themself about it. Support dosnt speak english and dosnt seam to care. They only looking for positiv review. Let se if ill ever get produkt or refund.

Delivered the wrong Species, ordered go delivery (expensive) Animals arrived icecold with 12 degrees. When i stated they delivered the wrong Artikel, i was explicit and only because of this one Species ordering. They offered a Joke of Coupon not willing to fix the issue. What a crappy Companyservice. Take money deliver wrong thing not willing to fix it.

So, I ordered 14 fish and 6 plants on the 07.11.22, all article said "GURANTEED delivery date : 07.12 if you order until a certain time"

I ordered the fish and plants at around 11 Am, the FISH were packed for delivery on the 08. And arrived 09.
The fish all seem fine.

The plants however, even though they also stated Guranteed delivery 07.11., arrived on the 11.11 (4 were very damaged, but I got those refunded without a problem, with fast and kompetent replies!)

So just expect 2-3 days after placing an order for the fish to arricd.

The fish were packed well and all healthy, still doing great as of 16.11. The Java is also growing very nicely and had a great size on arrival ( surprisingly big)

All in all, garnelio is a site I would buy from again. The shipping for the fish of course is A little pricey, but they have a very large catalogue to choose from and the fish are sent very well, so it's worth the price.

This is my first time having an aquarium and I decided to order on Garnelio because they had different cool neocaridina shrimps.
Ordered on Sunday...package was delivered on Tuesday.

I am 100% satisfied. All the shrimps have survived!

Very hard to reach, I asked for a call back concerning an order right after placement friday around noon and they called the next monday morning, letting it ring only once. Then they again are not reachable via the hotline for the whole day, written requests getting no attention until it's too late.

From a previous order: When I order fish plus other live animals I expect the other live animals (snails, clams) to get shipped together with the fish, not by DHL. Not all survived the DHL shipment but Garnelio was kind enough to replace those, paid shipping included.

Still a frustrating experience, can't recommend to order here.
