I placed my order on December 7th

I placed my order on December 7th, and the jacket arrived only after January 10th, already a very long wait.
I ordered a size S labeled as unisex, but the fit turned out to be extremely oversized and completely unusable for me.
When I requested an exchange or return, the entire responsibility was shifted onto me as the customer. Returning the item via DHL would have cost over 100 €.
To receive the correct women’s jacket, I was asked to make an additional payment of over 200 €, not including the 150 € already paid for the first jacket, plus further shipping costs.
Even a simple return for a refund would have required me to pay the return shipping, resulting in a loss of over 100 €. I was effectively forced to keep an unusable jacket, with a total loss of 165 €, including the initial shipping.
There was no real effort to find a fair solution. From a brand of this level, I expected seriousness and professionalism, but the entire experience was embarrassing.
I have never encountered such poor customer service. I do not recommend purchasing items without trying them in person, as returns are practically impossible.

These guys are an absolute sham

These guys are an absolute sham, don’t order from them - ever! They are a bunch of liars and amateurs! I would give them -10* if that is an option, this 1* is too much for them.

1. I ordered dog tents in SEPTEMBER - paid in advance. Guaranteed delivery - based on the confirmation info - 2-3 weeks.
2. 6 weeks later - impossible to get any response from them. I called the office, they told me I have to call the Production for any info on the order. I called the Production, they refused to give me any info based on their “internal rules.” They told me to call the office. I called the office again, they claimed they sent me an email with the update, but it was bounced back. I told them to send me a screenshot of an error message - they said they deleted it… Basically they were lying, and trying to cover it up.
3. 7 weeks later - still no tracking info. Everytime I called, there was a different story. “We don’t have the tracking info, it is a palette..” - for dog tents??? A palette? It weighs 8kgs. You don’t need a palette for that! Or: “We only provide tracking info once the package is in Switzerland.” Mind you, why? I paid for the courier delivery all the way from Germany! Basically a lot of bs they told me to shut me up.
4. End of 7th week - I told them I am about to cancel the whole order, and want the refund. They claimed the package is on the Swiss borders!!!
5. Beginning of the 8th week - they told me that the package is already with the Swiss post.

And then, I got the message from GERMAN DHL about the package only now being handed over to them… so, to sum it up, their Customer Service person WAS OPENLY LYING AND MISLEADING ME the entire time. Intentionally ignoring my all emails, and telling me these stories on the phone. They are absolutely shameless, unprofessional, and disrespectful in their approach to a customer. Don’t order from them! They take forever, and they don’t have any scruples, they lie shamelessly.
