They took my money and I got nothing in return. They owe me £120.. and have never responded to my emails requesting a refund.

I preordered games (1.1k EUR) but they did never react to this order or me, asking to get the money back.
I hope you guys will regret someday!

It was supposed to be Heroquest in 2014... today it's just one of the first mega crowdfunding scams, after continuous postponements, lies repeated to exhaustion, fake news from shady third parties.
I haven't received anything yet.

Don't get fooled by this company, they are a bunch of scammers. Aside from the Crowdfunding project going to hell, they have spent the last few years providing false updates and asking for more money. Last one promised to send the game to a local store for pick up. Not suprisingly, I got in touch and they NEVER even talk with the guys, let alone do any collaboration with them. Unnecessary move for a delivery that no one is expecting anymore. That's the level.

What are we talking about? I didn't receive anything despite having participated in the crowdfunding at the time. Now they produce a few boxes of a game different from the one promised (starting with the embarrassing title), even to be collected from the warehouse, and we are talking about the "release" of the game???

I pre-ordered in 2104 and 2016 3 copies of the promised Heroquest 25th Anniversary game.
Unfortunately the promise of the game's release has become a scam.
There is a legal action underway to get us reimbursed.
The Tseuquest game is an unsuccessful attempt to remedy and try to make the ongoing lawsuit between those who pre-ordered HQ25TH and Mr. Dionisio and Gamezone lapse.

To protect honest people -> DO NOT BUY TSEUQUEST!

About 10 years ago this company (or the owner of) started a crowdfunding campaign to produce the 25th anniversary edition of HeroQuest. It was a huge success and if I recall correctly we had about 5,000 backers (at ~100 EUR each .. so you do the math). It has been a total disaster. Nothing received so far; there's hardly been any communication (aside from asking even more money for shipping costs). Stay well away from this company or you'll end up just like the rest of us.

He is simply a cheater. I bought the heroquest box game as a pre-order and they never send it, nor give my 140 € back. Hundreds of people are in my same situation! Do not buy anything from gamezone!

Never sent the Heroquest boardgame. Took more money for shipping and refuse to refund.

After defrauding people with their Heroquest 25 project, which still hasn't delivered to anyone 8 years after taking the money, they continue to offer preorders for it on their site! Avoid these thieves like the plague. The guy that runs this company should be in prison, not continuing to trade non existent products!

So far I have 9 GameZone hammer guardians. They are the best looking dwarves on the market in my opinion, and I've tried a LOT of different miniature manufacturers. Their version of "cold ones" - mounts for Warhammer dark elves - are also exceptionally well made. The miniatures are very well detailed, exceptionally well sculpted, and paint very easily.

So, why not a 5-star review?

If you order directly from GameZone's webshop, expect some waiting time. Customer support is nonexistent and there are no good tracking alternatives.
The 9 hammer guardians I have were ordered from a local distributor and arrived without fuss. Before that order I placed one from the GameZone webshop. It took Gamezone 11 days to process the order and I've been waiting for about 2 weeks or so since the order status got updated to "shipped". I don't have issues with waiting, but the lack of tracking options and no contact with customer support creates a lot of unnecessary uncertainty.

If you want GameZone miniatures, look for local distributors instead is my recommendation.

We gave them 680000€ by early 2014 to produce a game for which they supposedly had all the "tools" and "experience" but lacked the money, and seven years later all we got was silence and a bunch of looping lies. Now we have forced them into Court (599 bakers) we will know the truth.

Après plusieurs relances, je fais jouer la garantie Paypal, qui le met en demeure.
Pas de réponse, donc je suis remboursé.
C'est UNIQUEMENT à ce moment-là qu'ils reprennent contact avec moi... et me promettent de m'envoyer les pièces manquantes si je leur repaie la commande par paypal en "paiement ami" (c'est-à-dire sans garantie ! Ce n'est pas louche déjà).
Je propose un arrangement : refus. Je laisse tomber.
Ils me harcèlement pour le paiement par Paypal. Je leur règle une partie de la commande, déduction faite des frais engagés pour remplacer les figurines non livrées : refus de leur part et ils me harcèlement pour paiement.
FUYEZ !!!!! Il y a beaucoup de miniaturistes de qualité aujourd'hui, pas besoin d'aller chez eux.

Order received one month after placing it!
Incomplete delivery.
After several reminders, I use the Paypal guarantee, which puts it in default.
No response, so I am reimbursed.
It is ONLY then that they get back in touch with me ... and promise to send me the missing parts if I repay the order to them by paypal in "friend payment" (that is to say without guarantee! It is not fishy already).
I propose an arrangement: refusal. I give up.
They harass me for payment through Paypal. I pay them part of the order, less the costs incurred to replace the undelivered figurines: refusal on their part and they harass me for payment.
RUN AWAY !!!!! There are a lot of quality miniaturists today, you don't have to go home.

I love the minis so I backed the Heroquest 25 game in 2015. I have had one e-mail telling me it's comming. That was 5 years ago. I haven't heard from them since.
AVOID THEM!

li ho contattati tramite il loro CUSTOMER SERVICE e hanno risolto il problema.
Sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto, ne farò altri.

An initial mistake that delayed the shipment,
I contacted them through their CUSTOMER SERVICE and they solved the problem.
I am fully satisfied with the purchase, I will make others.

Fraudsters , pledged for the heroquest box received one email stating it was coming soon

Anyway some time later nothing received, they wouldn’t reply to any emails or give updates asked for a refund, no reply

I ordered around 50chf worth of figures. Received an email saying they'd shipped. Figures never arrived. Tracking number appears bogus. Avoid these guys.

Extremely disappointing company.

Paid them in good faith for Heroquest 25th back in 2014, and haven't received anything from them.

They refuse to communicate updates to their customers and have been silent on social media since 2014 - yet still continue to take orders even today...
