I have been a customer for circa four years and whilst I wouldn’t consider myself a “high roller”, I have been a loyal customer and deposit on a regular basis.
Unfortunately over the past few months, I find that both the overall Gala app and website (Spins/Bingo/Casino) has significantly deteriorated.
Games constantly crash and refresh on both the app and safari/chrome and numerous issues where I haven’t received the appropriate reward via the promotion I’m playing with at the time or even just general game play.
In fact, there has been far too many occasions when I achieve a certain bonus/free spins feature and the game crashes and takes me back to the general homepage and when I reenter the game, the previous bonus/free spins feature has disappeared.
I then contact live chat and eventually speak to someone who is clearly based in an Indian call centre.
This is no disrespect do the customer support team but when I spend over one hour in live chat and always receive the same template/default response, and no resolution to the issue, and it is very frustrating especially when I am asked to then provide screenshots of the previous issue, which obviously isn’t something I can do with a historic issue!
I really don’t believe it is the fault of customer support staff, but they are clearly working from a script and I end up feeling like I’ve been “fobbed off”.
I even logged a formal complaint about a certain issue 7 days ago, and received an email advising me that I would receive an update/response within 24 hours, and I’m still awaiting the promised “update/response”.
Gala generally used to be much better and I don’t know why they need to keep making these supposed “improvements”.
Surely they must realise that their business wouldn’t exist without customers/members making regular deposits etc?!
I might be wrong but I get the impression they just want to cut as many corners as possible including outsourcing customer support to an Indian call centre where these people are probably being paid a low salary, and don’t actually know about the games/promotions etc as they literally just have a script to work from.
It’s disappointing to see a well known brand deteriorate in such an epic way.
I genuinely never had my recent issues when I first joined.

Have put over £50 into slots and have not won one scatter or bonus. An utter rip off.
Would steer clear of this site at all costs unless you play poker or bingo.

Pretty new to this site enjoyed my time playing slots. I’ve broke even tonight so I’m happy with that. I sent over all documentation to verify my account before I started to play ( I think that’s the best thing to do)
Overall happy my winnings are on the way and I shall continue to use this site. One thing I’ve not done as yet is set spending limits, I will do that asap to make sure I only use what I can afford. Also another positive note checked in on whilst gaming to give me the option to continue or take a break, it’s easy to get carried away so a pop up message like that helps to make you think and log off if needed 👍

I have been trying to withdraw £3500 out of my account for the past 2 months now, every time they say we will send it of for review and update with email. I get no email and then have to chase back up constantly. It almost seems like they are avoiding to send the money at all cost. Awful slots, you'll be very lucky to get a bonus. Seems to be a common trend, same company that owns Ladbrokes/Coral etc. Use at your peril, if you want to be bankrupt this place is for you. I definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your money. Be warned! Stay well clear.

Just done a 12hour shift in work and it was less exhausting than playing on this shambles of a site honestly got to be the worst out there. You would be better off playing on sites that aren't regulated in the UK the odds are better and more honest than these thieves

turned out have deposit limit but they accept deposit over that amount and then just hold it, and dont say anything, no email, no notification nothing

After several months to over a year they have now asked me for documents gave all the documents they want they ask for more. Closed my account and now say that the £293 withdrawal has to go to another review to get the money, time after time they come out with excuses any positive reviews on here and fake and paid for, if this is how LC international run their companies the U.K. gambling commission should close them down.
