WARNING, SCAM AND STEAL

⚠️ WARNING – MY EXPERIENCE WITH G2G.COM ⚠️

After being a customer of G2G.com for several years without any major issues, I am now dealing with a dispute that has completely destroyed my trust in the platform.

I paid for a product but only received part of what I purchased. Despite providing screenshots, evidence, and spending more than 20 days communicating with both the seller and G2G support, I have still not received a fair resolution.

What concerns me the most is that G2G appears to rely almost entirely on the seller's claims and evidence, while repeatedly disregarding the evidence provided by the buyer. Throughout this process, I have been transferred between numerous support agents, forcing me to explain the same issue over and over again without any meaningful progress.

The seller's evidence only shows that something was sent. It does not prove that the full order was successfully received. Nevertheless, G2G has continued to treat the case as resolved despite my documentation showing that a significant portion of the order was never received.

Based on my experience, G2G does not provide adequate protection for buyers when delivery disputes occur. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself with very limited support and no practical solution.

I strongly encourage anyone considering using G2G.com to be extremely cautious. Save all screenshots, transaction records, and communications from the very beginning. If a dispute arises, do not assume that the platform will thoroughly investigate both sides before making a decision.

This is my personal experience, and I hope other buyers do not have to go through the same frustrating process.

Total Scam Platform - They Protect Scammers and Steal Your Money!

I had a terrible experience with G2G. I purchased a 12-month SVIP subscription (Order #1778307071680NIDT-1), and it turned out to be a complete scam. The account provided by the seller "D......_As" stopped working after only two days.

Despite the seller resetting the password twice, it clearly wasn't a valid yearly subscription. Now, the seller has stopped responding entirely. When I contacted G2G support, they told me they couldn't process my refund because the seller "doesn't have sufficient balance" and then proceeded to close my ticket without resolving the issue!

It is unacceptable that G2G allows these scammers to operate on their platform and then uses the excuse of "insufficient balance" to refuse to refund victims. You are essentially enabling fraud. Stay away from this site if you value your money. They do not protect the buyer; they protect the scammers. I am now forced to take this up with my bank for a chargeback.

I had an excellent experience with G2G. The service was fast, reliable, and exactly as described. Delivery was prompt, and the support team was very helpful and responsive throughout. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend G2G to anyone looking for safe and trustworthy digital services

Didn't receive my order from a seller in the app, so i made a ticket. The Support Center resolved my issue smoothly, kept me updated, and the money was refunded.

It's trustworthy seller page in my experience. I've bought coins on different games from 3 different sellers and one of them I've bought coins from 5-6 times. Always satisfied. And I'm not a bot xD

Great customer support

There are some scammers on the website, but the payments for every order are held by the platform for a few days before it gets paid to the vendor. So you can always get your money back if it does't work out. But often great value when it does.

ZERO Buyer Protection

I bought a Spotify account on G2G, and everything seemed fine at first. However, after a short while, Spotify closed the account, stating that the seller used a "fraudulent payment" method.

I contacted G2G support hoping they would help me, but they informed me that since the order was already marked as "completed" in their system, they couldn't issue a refund. It's very disappointing that there is no protection for buyers when a seller provides an account that gets banned shortly after. Please be careful and keep this in mind before buying.

Great experience with G2G buyer…

Great experience with G2G buyer protection! I bought an account that didn't work and the seller completely ignored my messages. I opened a dispute, escalated it, and G2G support stepped in quickly to review my proofs and issue a full refund. Very reliable platform that actually protects its customers.

So i was trying to buy an WoW Account

So i was trying to buy an WoW Account, for more than a week ! texting the sellers to provide me more information, just like stated in the discription. But they either never, or reply days later with an simple word like "yes" or "hi" after i have written full sentence question. Now, im not awaiting anything special from the sellers, just an aswer to my question - but these people either cannot even speak the english language or do not reply at all. Worst of the worst selling page, would give 0 out of 5 stars if i could. And no 2G2 - i will not try to open a ticket or whatever, dont give me this trash automated reply on this post. Never ever 2g2 !!!
