THIS IS INSANE!
I am so disappointed in my shopping experience with FWRD. I visit this website a ton of times looking for my next purchase after only shopping with them once before.
Long story short, I purchased an item and my order was put on hold due to some absurd verification process. Mind you, this is AFTER they had already debited my account of almost $400!
Customer service team was decent. However, Risk Management was the actual headache of it all…
I do understand needing to take certain security measures. However, this was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever encountered.
Luckily for them, I’ve wanted this item for months and this is the exception but I will hesitate spending my hard earned money with them ever again!
Just an FYI, purchase via PayPal only to avoid the drama they cause.

Reliable retailer of Mason Pearson
I had been wanting to purchase a Mason Pearson brush for sometime, however all the genuine retailers in Australia had been out of stock for sometime. I found FWRD to be in stock of the brushes I wanted and for only a small amount more than Australia’s pricing, I went ahead and purchased them. I got free shipping with DHL express who are always reliable, and my package arrived in less than a week. They are genuine Mason Pearson as I was able to verify them with the QR code. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely use FWRD again in the future.
