Directed to the right department.Was able to look around without being hassled.was helped by Abdul Hasim which led to a purchase.

Andy was fab, didn't pressure us, and made sure we'd tried all of the mattresses we were interested in.

We visited the Preston branch to look for 2 reclining sofas. Abdul showed us all the sofas available, we narrowed it down to 2 styles and Abdul listened to everything we wanted to help us make our choice. He was very helpful and we didn't feel rushed. Thank you
