The Sales Consultant Was Aziz was very helpful and patient in assisting us while we were choosing a wardrobe and chest of drawers. He was not pushy and left us alone to discuss our options. We found this a refreshing change from most persistent sales personnel and as a result gave him the order.

I loved walking into furniture village, it was the only sofa shop I walked into without anyone running over and been too pushy, just let us look in our own time and ask for any assistance when needed. Very friendly staff, polite and really funny, great sense of humour. Hence going back there to purchase my leather suite. Many thanks, especially to Zak but you are all doing great.

Shopping for a sofa can be a bit overwhelming with all the different options you can get. When we came into the store Mike was really helpful and friendly, but not pushy at all. We came back to purchase the sofa the following day and he made sure to explain everything about the purchase clearly, so we didn’t feel rushed and felt confident in what we were spending our money on.
We also got a great price for a sofa in the colour and shape we wanted, thank you Mike :) .

Purchased furniture from the Leeds store. Hassan, answered all our questions confidently and in detail. We were contacted by Robby 3 days before delivery to confirm the date Charlie and Andrew delivered settee and chair. They had to carry them as we live down a access roas. They used a mat and fabric shoe covers to protect the floor.
They explained clearly how to use recliner buttons. Took all packaging away. Fantastic

Mike at furniture village birstall was very helpful. He was very professional and he rang back when he said he was going to. It was a very easy process and stress free from going in and finalising the deal

Excellent service, above and beyond to get us what we needed

Mike was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience very comfortable and easy giving us plenty of time to make our choice.

The showroom is welcoming and the furniture is displayed by room. I was purchasing a mattress which was greatly reduced but still received great customer service without any over powering sales pitch.

Excellent - customer service was excellent from Amir, I arrived at the shop in my dog walking attire, Amir was the only person who approached and helped me find the perfect new mattress and a beautiful dinning table and chairs. So kind friendly and helpful he was. Great experience will definitely coming back when I need some furniture.

The sales person was very helpful & polite. He had explained about the delivery time also had given the contact number for the person who can dispose off old furniture before the delivery date.
