I purchased a Seattle 2 seater leather settee from furniture village Southampton. It was transferred down to the Guildford branch for delivery to me as it was more local as i live in Aldershot.
It was delivered to me a week later without the transformer and lead that plugs into the wall to power it and to adjust the foot stalls and recline the chair.
The delivery team advised the warehouse of the shortage I have made so many calls to the shop and customer care team and i am not impressed with their so called aftercare one bit. I have had no calls from their aftersales team and its been myself chasing up this shortfall.
I am still chasing this again today to get an update into if and when the shortages will be dealt with and hopefully be supplied so i can actually use the settee
Customer services advise that they have ordered the transformer and the lead from G-Plan and I should hear something in the next few days although i have my doubts as to if this will happen?
I am considering returning the order due to lack of support from furniture village
Extremely poor service and not at all happy!

Margaret was really helpful. The selection and ordering process was seamless and quick. Looking forwards to receiving our new sofa and dining room table.

The sales consultant who assisted us, Mr. John Morrison, was very helpful; he listened to our requirements carefully and took trouble finding the most comfortable and suitable fit of sofa and armchair, and helped us in finding the right colour and fabric which would best suit our circumstances. We await the arrival of these pieces early in January 2027.
