The staff there were very friendly and gave good advice. There was a very good selection of dining sets to choose from. All were very reasonable in price and quality.

The furniture selection is great and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and personable.

The salesman in the shop was very helpful and understood our needs. He explained options to us. When something went wrong with our delivery, the guys were very helpful and sorted it our promptly

We had a fantastic experience with James at Furniture Village. This was our first stop while sofa shopping, and from the moment we arrived, James was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy or robotic, which unfortunately can be the case in some other furniture stores.

James was personable, friendly and incredibly patient. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions thoroughly and even added plenty of humour along the way. He made the whole experience feel relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable rather than like a sales pitch.

We felt we were in a safe pair of hands throughout the process and really appreciated James’s knowledge and approach. A big thank you to James for making what could have been a stressful decision such an enjoyable experience. He is a real credit to Furniture Village!

Wide selection of dining chairs to try; no pressure salesperson

The person who came to assemble/deliver the furniture was rude to me. He told me he has alot of work for the day, he has no time to come and mess around in my house. Simply because I asked him to reposition the sofa so that it can stop blocking the exit door.
He referred me as 'Love' I felt offended as im not his love.
He has no respect and lack communication skills to customers. I spent alot money in the store but the end service was very poor.
I won't want him near or around my house in future.

Friendly service.

They are all very lovely people that they have for their sales team. Whoever is doing the hiring knows what to look for. Each staff member was friendly but not too pushy.
They also welcome dogs which is a help when you are needing to get something for your home.

my issue with furniture village is delivery times. THey are taking far too long. I was given one delivery date 9th Sept which unfortunately was not possible. the next date was 10days later which is also inconvenient. When I asked why I was just told oh that's when we are next in your area. This is not acceptable for an article that is not cheap I would expect a better response

Just had our furniture delivered by Anton & Matt from Bristol.
Can only say it was a totally refreshing change to get such good old fashioned customer service !
They arrived on time, were polite and respectful of our property. Unpacked and installed furniture exactly as we wanted it, checked and tested everything and removed every scrap of packaging.
Absolute 5 STAR SERVICE…two great guys !

Steve was a very polite assistant and was answered all the questions we had there was no sales pressure and we were left to browse at our leisure a very pleasant experience I would recommend this store to others
