Great in store, Communication after is poor.
Great in store. However, delivery was cancelled on the day for one product. I was told by the delivery company that Furniture Village and the suppler would be in touch. Neither were. It got rescheduled when I inquired.
The other 2 products on the same order were never dispatched. Inquired once and heard nothing. Second time inquiring a month later I finally hear back but no apology for the delay or anything.
Poor communication after order from Furniture Village.

Helpful friendly staff, Charlie was absolutely fantastic, we explained that we were looking for a sofa that would be comfortable for someone with a bad back ! Charlie showed us all of our options. Five stars are not enough. Very excited to of purchased two new sofas .

The amount of furniture to choose from was amazing, we found exactly what we were looking for and the help we got from the staff member who answered all our questions was first class

I bought a dinning set on Friday and the next Monday one of the chair has a problem, I have been chasing furniture village to come and repair the chair no response. I have been calling several times I am told they have contacted the warehouse , this has been ongoing for weeks!!. Really disappointed in their service. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPANY 24TH OF SEPT NO RESPONSE
Now I have written an email and the automatic response was that you need to contact them through chat, you go to their chat it is greyed out meaning it is not working. I tell you this is frustrating.
