I purchased some garden furniture and when it arrived I decided to return it for a refund.
I tried calling the number on the website/email but there is only a recorded message asking you to send an email.
There is also a WhatsApp number which is pointless as it also tells you to send an email.
After sending an email, they did however reply and I was charged £40 to send the goods back. Once they were collected, I received a refund.
It is frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone in person, but the refund was issued.

Beautiful furniture, I love it! Looked easy enough to assemble but my OH would probably disagree lol. Parts would be better labelled. Definitely will be making the most of it outside now especially with the fire pit built into the table for the cooler evenings. Would recommend ❤️

Lovely furniture which fitted in our garden perfectly, building the flat pack was relatively easy, probably best using a rachet socket set for bolts as wee spanners that come with the rattan corner sofa and two foot stools as a tad fiddly

My item arrived very quickly, however had what appeared to be a hot glue stain on in. When i reached out to the company, they refused to send out a replacement cushion cover and instead issued only offered a partial refund that was significantly less than what it cost to get the cover professionally cleaned. The stain still remains even after the cleaning.

Requested clarification on custom and VAT charges for delivery of purchased furniture to Ireland. None forthcoming. Have requested a refund before delivery as a result but no response.

I have tried to call them a good few times and email them too they eventually sent out some screws and they’re was not enough of them so had to go and bit them myself and when it was put together there seem to be two of same side of couch there also was only 6 back cushions no corner cushion also they need to send me the whole order again there customer service is not good

One of the most unprofessional and frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a garden furniture set and waited a long time, only to be told it was not actually in stock. I was then offered the same set in a different colour, which I reluctantly accepted as I had already wasted weeks waiting.

After agreeing to this, the exact same issue happened again. I was told the replacement would be available on 10th June, so I waited, only to later be informed that it still wasn’t available and the date had been pushed back again to 22nd June.

Throughout the entire process, communication was poor, reactive, and unreliable. Stock information appeared to be incorrect from the start, and I was repeatedly left chasing updates after promises were made and then broken.

Based on my experience dealing with the same individual throughout, this very much appears to be a one-person operation being passed off as a larger business. The lack of organisation, professionalism and basic fulfilment capability was extremely concerning.

The whole setup gave the impression of something being run very informally, almost like a garage operation rather than a proper retail business.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company entirely. My time was wasted, expectations were repeatedly broken, and there was zero confidence that anything advertised was actually available.

Very pleased with my purchase, came assembled so there was no need to put together , very comfortable chairs , family has tried them and give good feedback .

I bought the chair bed as it was the highest rated online I could find, without paying ridiculous money.
The delivery was perfect, tracked from Birmingham to Aberdeen in a couple of days! Surprisingly it was delivered to my second floor flat, while I was prepared to carry it up myself.
Used the chair a a few times and although it felt quite firm had a good sleep on it...I see it more as a temporary bed than one to be used continuosly for a long period, specifically if it would get constantly unfolded and folded for endless months maybe a year, as although solidly built, I'd be surprised if the mattress could take such heavy use, maybe I'm wrong.
All and all it looks and works great and compared to the flat foam type, which I've read as mostly disappointing, offers something different for an occasional chair-bed at a decent price.

Both my chairs arrived as promised. Both were put together very quickly andook lovely in my little snug. My only issue is they are not so easy to push out to recline when your not very tall or strong ( 5'1") my son in law removed the springs to help but still too hard so has to be pushed back standing up and then sliding sideways onto chair. Never the less very nice chairs well worth the money paid.

Cheap and tacky, not comfortable to be honest wouldn’t bother go elsewhere spend a bit more money for real!

Easy to assemble and really comfortable, and at a great price

After finding the Hamburg Outdoor 8-Seater Garden Modular Aluminium Dining Set With Fire Pit Table I thought I would read up on reviews, came across a few bad ones so became sceptical about buying but reached out to customer service to ask some questions about the furniture and they came back to me 3 times within the 24-48 hour timeframe they advised.
Once I placed the order I got a time-frame of 5-7 days but when some reviews said they were delayed I expected a longer delivery time-frame however was delighted to here back from a courier after 3 days saying they had a pallet of boxes to deliver and offered me a selection of days and times to suit me.
Furniture arrived in more pieces than expected but came with instructions so after spending the afternoon assembling was delighted with the finished product and how comfy the seats were and the flexibility to change it around.
I also ordered the Roma 3M Solar LED Cantilever Parasol which arrived with a different courier 2 days later again very happy with this and the water filled base.
The cover for the furniture arrived later than the 7 days but only by 2 days extra but none the less I received tracking for them all from the couriers so was delighted with the communication throughout.
Being a skeptic and constantly reading reviews after being scammed once or twice I was on the fence for a long while however absolutely delighted that we ordered this as was a 70th birthday gift for my Mother.

The garden furniture was delivered quickly however the quality of the product is not as good as anticipated for the price….a bit overpriced in my opinion

Sofa arrived in good time. Really easy to set up. Comfier than I thought it would be.
