I searched for a monthly rental in Tucson, AZ for a few weeks and found most so-called landlords to not be completely forthright and even misleading. During that time I negotiated to book a rental wit... See more

Terrible site
Terrible site, payments from tenants through their website took months, so I stopped using the site. Most irritating, that their policies don't make any accommodation for customer service. When they charged my inactive account $199 after it had been inactive for 6 months, they still utilized the auto-renewal that I thought had been turned off. With no notice or confirmation of consent.
mixed feelings about FF
I have mixed feelings about FF. Through this paid apparatus I had the best long term tenant ever. However, their filters are simply non functioning. Examples: when you specify maximum occupancy of 2, you keep getting leads to 3 and 4 and even 5 occupants. When you specify a price, they sent you leads from people whose budgets do not fit (usually way lower). When you specify no pets, you get leads from people who are coming with pets. This is frustrating and they do not seem able to fix such issues.
I suppose that having been lucky once, I still hope that one day I will get lucky again but who knows when? In the meantime, bills accumulate. And, of course, I paid the FF fee.
The best landlords ever!
Anita and Lantz are the best landlords I have ever worked with. I was greeted with outstanding courtesy. They are very considerate of their renters, they call or text ahead to let us know that they are coming over. Their property is wonderful. It has a fireplace, whirlpool bathtub, and towel warmer, and a massage chair, all in my private bedroom.
I would most definitely recommend them and their property to anyone looking for a place to rppppent. You can not go wrong renting from these landlords. I would most definitely renting from them repeatedly.
I was trying to list a property
I was trying to list a property. My assistant was helping. They got all the names, property information and just basic facts all messed up. They cancelled their appointment with me. Then I called and rescheduled and they missed that appointment call by 30 minutes.
I finally told them to cancel my everything and send me back my money. So far, no money back yet.
Terrible experience
I had a terrible experience with Furnished Finder and would strongly caution others before signing up.
I attempted to cancel my service last year and was told they would not refund me. Despite never using the service again, they automatically charged my credit card for another year. When I reached out to customer service, instead of trying to resolve the issue, they simply pointed me to “Section 3.5” of their leasing terms.
Charging customers for a service they clearly tried to cancel—and then hiding behind fine print—is not good customer service and feels completely unethical. I never used the service and made it clear I wanted to cancel.
Very disappointing experience and not how a reputable company should treat customers.
Furnished Finder is a complete…
Furnished Finder is a complete disaster. I paid $199 for a subscription that did absolutely nothing. Not a single lead, not a single renter. I had to resort to Airbnb, and my property was rented in 10 days. Worse, they just charged me another $199 for renewal after I’d explicitly told them I didn’t want it. I called for a refund and they refused. It’s a money trap. Don’t waste your time or money—avoid at all costs.

The website and the operators offer no customer support. They feed on you with the worst navigational capability. Don't do it.
Poor customer service, Cancellation is difficult and no refunds are issued.

This company is engaged in unethical practices!! When I signed up with Furnished Finder, I didn't approve the auto renewal. Someone from the company must have turned it on. I wasn't able to find any bookings from them, and I decided to put the property up for sale. In January I turned the listing off, and just found out that the company turned the subscription back on again. When I called the company I was told that my listing was "in hiding", and they auto renewed it and took $646 from my account. I called for a refund, and they refused to refund the money back. This is unethical practice. $646 is too much money to take from someone's account for doing nothing. I'll definitely report this to the highest authority. Everyone should be mindful of their practices.
A landlord who has given up on FF due to rampant fraud.
As a landlord trying to rent my furnished apartment, my experience with FF has been abysmal. For every legit lead, there are 10 people trying to scam me. And in order to flag someone as fraudulent, I need to email FF and write out why I think they are frauds, which is crazy that they want paying customers to help them do quality control for them. There are so many signals they could use (with AI) to flag suspicious accounts, but they must purposely not do it either to make it look like they have more leads than they do, or due to incompetence.

auto renewed my annual subscription and charged me $199 for services I don't use. their policy is no refunds. buyer beware!
Terrible experience with Furnished Finders we are still fighting
We had a terrible experience with Furnished Finders and still battling with the company. In December 2025, we used Furnished Finders (FF) in Phoenix, AZ to secure a long-term rental. We signed a 6 week lease with a property listed on FF and paid a $2400 deposit. After paying the deposit all communication with the leasing company ceased. We reached out to them multiple times for a refund and received no response. The lease we signed had a refund policy that stated "the renter shall be refunded back any payment if contract cancelled prior to moving in". We stated multiple times to the leasing company we wanted a refund of our deposit. We never moved into the property. We contacted FF customer support to report the leasing company and asked for its assistance in receiving a refund of our deposit. It requested multiple documents pertaining to the property we secured, which we promptly sent. FF responded that we need to contact our financial institution and file a dispute. When I pressed FF for an explanation as to why we have to resolve this with our credit union it stated they are unable to resolve issues with lease terms. FF is simply shirking its responsibilities and passing the liability it's solely responsible for on another entity. Per our financial institution's advice, we filed a dispute resolution with BillPay against FF requesting a refund of our deposit. Since FF is Better Business Bureau accredited, we also filed a complaint with the BBB against FF. Before using FF, please consider my story.
Furnished Finder bad for Landlords
Furnished Finder as a company does not treat it's Landlords right. The scam is that when you sign up for an annual membership, they set the auto-renewal and increase next year's fees. If you don't catch it in time, they will auto-renew you and will not refund you even if you call a day after the auto-renewal charged your credit card. Landlords, do not sign up with Furnished Finders.
Doubled their fees
Doubled their fees, now get $0 a year from me instead of $100. It was hit or miss before with renters anyway.
I was charged a $199 automatic renewal…
I was charged a $199 automatic renewal fee even though I no longer own the property associated with the account and cannot use the service. I contacted Furnished Finder immediately after the charge and requested cancellation and a refund, but both the representative and supervisor refused. I canceled the account right away, but they would not issue a refund despite the service no longer being usable. This experience was disappointing, and I encourage others to be aware of the automatic renewal policy.
The site blocked me from viewing my own…
The site blocked me from viewing my own messages. Truly incredible. If you want to rate limit users from sending messages, rate limit them. Why in the world would you block them from viewing existing conversations because they sent too many messages?
Beware! Auto-Renew Listings
Like many others, I have the same complaint – Furnished Finder charged my credit card $199 on February 6, 2026 without my permission because they set my listing to “auto-renew” without my knowledge. After seeing the charge on my statement, I contacted them for a refund and they have refused to issue it. The particular property where the listing auto-renewed, has long term tenants and the furnished finder listing is no longer needed. They are forcing me to pay in advance for a service that I do not need and that I will not use. Customers should be given a choice whether they want to renew a listing or not, instead of it being set to auto-renew without our knowledge. As other customers have mentioned, this is an unfair business practice.
Scam Artists..
Scam Artists... They don't want to tell you they auto renew and if it catches you by surprise good luck getting your money back. Have to dispute it now with the bank.
No integrity
I have to say this company has no integrity.
I had my account set on off for auto renewal. Not only did they renew it but they did not send me the email that they agreed to send 4 weeks ahead of time. The only email I received was once they were debiting my account for $200.
I had not used their service at 11 and 1/2 months as it yielded no matches for my area and for what I was offering.
And they knowingly take your money and make it impossible to get it back. I hope this website goes under because there are a lot of great websites to use to get your rooms rented short-term or long-term.
Furnished finders is a real scam and…
Furnished finders is a real scam and the authorities and everyone who has being scammed by them we should demand the authorities to close it, I use it three years ago and nothing happened the site has a lot of problems and they never discover to you that this is accordingly to them an anual payment, even though I never use them for two years last year the charge without any authorization my cc, and they are thieves materially.
this is really a scam.
Scam - Fake leads
I'm 2 blocks away from a hospital and couldn't get a single person interested in almost 1 year. I got a bunch of leads but I think they are all fake. Not one of them picked up with phone with the number they provided. Scam
