No refund for missing items on personalized order - BEL20302356
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Funko Europe regarding my order for personalized Funko Pops. I have been trying to get a refund for two missing accessory packs since November 7th.
After multiple emails, they finally asked for photos on December 25th, which I sent immediately. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails (on January 5th and January 19th), but I have received no response at all.
It has been over two months, I followed all their instructions, and I still don't have my money back for the missing parts of my custom order. This is unacceptable. Please resolve order BEL20302356 and refund my money immediately.
Customised Funko Pop as a gift
I bought the customised Funko Pop as a gift. The quality is absolutely terrible. I'm almost embarrassed to give this as a gift. Not to mention that it's also relatively expensive. The order didn't arrive in full and I haven't received any notification as to whether the rest will be sent. I might as well have thrown the money into the fire, which would have been just as practical and much more enjoyable.
Worst first impression
First time buying, my order was not only late, but it was all wrong, I immediately opened a case for help on 12/27 and got nothing from customer service. I had checked out as a guest so I made an account on the site using the email I used to buy my first order but the AI chat bot and the site claim that order doesn’t exist (isn’t tied to that email) so now I don’t know IF I’ll even get help.. IF customer service ever gets back to me. My 2nd and 3rd orders arrived fine and are tied to the same email and show in purchase history even though they were bought before the account was made, but that first one.. is just gone??
Do not trust funko pop
My son Ordered me a Funko pop 6 days ago on the app and we had no notification email or anything, must have gone through as my cousin works in a bank and showed me my sons statement that the money had indeed gone through and I had to contact them on 15 of this month and they say that I did not order one and that the money had got lost through transaction. I have bought quite a few pops over the years but this now has made me decide to buy else where if they had a 0 that is what I would give them ,have a very upset son because of this .😡😡

I had seen so many bad reviews on this site once I placed my order which made me so sceptical and very paranoid that I may have been scammed or that somehow I wouldn’t receive my order. However… I actually received my Funko 4 days earlier than scheduled and it also was in absolutely perfect condition. I honestly haven’t got one bad word to say, maybe I’m lucky.. i don’t know but it’s definitely a 5 star from my own experience.

I actually would give 0 stars. On multiple occasions, I explicitly requested the cancellation of my order or the fulfillment of my request. Despite the fact that you received my payment, I am not satisfied with the current situation. You made a false statement that my claim would be addressed, which was not the case. I also sent an email yesterday, but it was not responded to.
In response to an email from Funko Pop regarding the POP! Yourself x Stranger Things figurine, I discovered that the necessary accessories for the Stranger Things theme were not included in the order. Consequently, I promptly initiated a cancellation request for Order Number: 29938253. However, upon contacting the virtual representative, I was informed that the cancellation was not possible despite the relatively short time elapsed since the order was placed. As a result, they initiated cases (01332078 and 01332076) for me to request substitutions: the Stranger Things Box Set, Hellfire Club Notebook, and the Score Sheet.
I am deeply disappointed that I was unable to simply cancel my order and reorder the desired items. I will never do business with your company because you falsely stated that these “claims” would be addressed. Furthermore, what can you do if you proceed to ship the order without considering the customer’s complete satisfaction? This situation is beyond frustrating.
Additionally, I am concerned that your company lacks a live customer service representative and relies solely on automated chatbots.
Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst I've dealt with ever. Ordered from funko a few times with no problems. The last order the tracking shows it went out for delivery and was delivered in a completely different state. I contacted customer support 5 or 6 times with the same generic response telling me according to tracking it was delivered and hoped I enjoyed my funkos. The other 4 or 5 emails I tried to explain i didn't gwt it that it was shipped to the wrong address and again the same response. Will never again trust funko.com its really sad they used to be fine.

Missing items and no communication to resolve the matter
Horrific experience so far. Won't drag this out as no need, but I ordered 10 items from Funko last week. Firstly they charged me for 10. Secondly they only dispatched 8. Thirdly they only delivered 4 and marked 8 as delivered. I want to know how Funko believe this is acceptable. A shambles of a service.
Better yet. It's impossible to get hold of anyone. The chat bot says it will transfer you to an agent and nothing happens after 30 minutes. No one replies to tickets or cases you create and when you email them it says their inbox is full...
Funko, how is this acceptable and how do you run a business this way? Please contact me urgently.

Send only half of my order. Something came in broken. Tried to reach out for costumerservice, didn't receive any answer. The chatbot on their site created a case and the broken piece would ship again. A couple of days ago i received a mail that this order is canceled. So here i am, with a broken piece, half of my order and a ruined gift
Don't order
I placed an order before Christmas. I received three of four items. One is still missing. Customer support is zero support. They are not helping and I got little response. It's such a disappointment.
DO NOT USE
Honestly I wouldn't even give then 1 star but I had to. Ordered 20.11.25. Tracking stopped being updated 29.11.25. Contacted them 14.12.25 as felt I needed to give it time with it being Christmas. Got a case number and then nothing. Emailed several times asking for a refund and nothing. I have opened another case today. I have never experienced such blatant ignorance from a customer service department. They have my money. I have nothing from them. And it seems they don't care. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had.. took 4 weeks to acknowledge my query as to where my items were by which time Christmas had been and gone, asked if I wanted them resending which I did and that’s it.. no items and zero response as to what’s going on.🤷🏼♂️ utter crap!

Also, the fact that you conveniently don't have a phone number so that I can actually talk to someone is ridiculous. You have ruined someone's Christmas by doing this. Do NOT buy from these scammers. They ruined a christmas surprise for me and my family and afterwards make it impossible to contact customer support. The now sadly quintessential AI chatbot they use creates case numbers one after another which are consequently ignored completely. It has been more than a month since I placed my order and still have no clue what happened and if I will ever receive it. Haven't encountered this kind of behavior from a company in a long, long time... truly horrible.

When the goods are received they are great , however I have a personalised funko missing from an order and after weeks of trying to talk to someone i have been asked to provide proof...I cannot provide proof of what I haven't received. Poor handling of out-of-stock holiday order during Funko’s…
I placed a holiday order during Funko’s 30% promotion for multiple items meant to be gifted together. After the order was placed, Funko canceled one item due to a stock shortage but still shipped the rest — items that couldn’t be returned on their own — leaving me with an incomplete gift set.
When I asked whether Funko would honor the original promotional price once the item was back in stock, support refused, stating they don’t adjust prices after a promotion ends, even though the cancellation was due to their inventory issue, not a customer error.
The only accommodation offered was a 10% coupon for a future purchase, which doesn’t address the problem they created. There was no escalation or flexibility, and the issue was handled poorly overall.
Very disappointing experience, especially during a holiday promotion.
