If I could I would rate a 0.
I ordered 18 rosed for my wife. It was our 44th wedding anniversary. When they were not delivered I was told they would come the next day and that didn't happen. When I called a 2nd time I was told that the florist could fulfill the order and I wouldn't get any roses. Terrible service!

FTD could not fulfill the order to the…

FTD could not fulfill the order to the zip code requested. They promised a full refund, which never came through. On my fourth attempt with talking to customer service they said they would only refund me 50% of the order they could not fulfill. that refund also never came through. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Damaged Roses and Wrong Greeting Text

The stems on 6 of the 50 roses were damaged near the top and they started drooping within a day. And, the birthday greeting came as all question marks rather than the text I typed in on the site.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it’s a scam

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it’s a scam. I tried to order flowers for my sister’s birthday and they were never delivered. They offered to still send them or give me a gift card. I said go ahead and send them despite it being well past her birthday. I actually received an email saying they were delivered and they had not been delivered. HUGE SCAM!!!! Stay away from this company!

Warning: Shady

Warning: Super shady business. I placed an order online for my uncle’s funeral. Not only were the flowers never delivered, but I was never notified that the florist cancelled the order. Had I not asked someone to take a photo of the arrangement, they would have just pocketed the money.

FTD delivered a completely different…

FTD delivered a completely different arrangement from what I ordered. When contacted, they only offered a 30 percent refund not the entire purchase price! FTD are crooks! Do not order from them.

Do NOT order flowers from FTD

Do NOT order flowers from FTD if you care about your money. The flowers that I ordered for a wedding never arrived at the recipients address for 3 days in spite of me calling daily to check on the status. Unfortunately, FTD has outsourced to India (no joke) and whenever you call for assistance, you will get the same answer every time - "we will deliver by 7:00 or 8:00pm today" and if you ask what the problem is - crickets. If I could give Zero stars for this review, I would. After my review was published, FTD attempted to remove my review by asking for more details - "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." I assure you, this review is genuine and my Order #604424141. I already stated everything that needed to be said. My order was not delivered on time and all I got was excuses from India Tech Support who was only capable of reading from scripted responses. I ended up cancelling my order and demanding a full refund.

2 orders placed and not delivered

Placed an order, received confirmation, payment accepted and then a day later I was advised they could not find a florist in our area to deliver but I could call customer service and make another choice from their Box collection that would be delivered to our door via Ups or FedEx. Online chat could not help except to arrange the refund and I was not willing to spend time on the phone so I ordered via the website another selection and they took payment, advised order received and gave me the delivery date. When it was 8pm on the day of delivery I went to online chat and was told order could not be filled as no florist in area but I could order a Box delivery. Requested refund and will now purchase from a company that can deliver. Moral of the story, if you live in a big city you might get you delivery, if you live in the countryside tough luck don't bother ordering from FTD.com
