Love the shoes you carry! Also site is very friendly and easy to maneuver!

I ordered a pair of heels for my wife. The shoes took 19 days to arrive, and the shipment tracking provided gave very few updates. The shoes arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and told them I had received a damaged item. They asked me to provide a video showing the damage, which i did. I was offered the option to exchange the damaged pair (shipping was at my own expense) or I could keep the damaged pair and receive a refund of $40. (The shoes cost $120 and the damage was not repairable in any way so that they could ever be worn.) When I replied that I wished to accept the $40 refund they changed their mind. I was then told that the best they could do was a $20 coupon AND I would have to return the shoes at my expense. At this point, I am out the $120, as I am not going to go to the trouble and expense of returning the damaged shoes to get a coupon from a merchant that I will never buy from again. I advise other shoppers to stay away.

Received the poor quality cow print boots two days ago and immediately sent a request for a refund after seeing the poor quality of the material on the boots. I didn’t even try them on after seeing the poor quality . Now I am receiving a hard time requesting to be reimbursed and willing to send them back Very poor customer service and what a scamming so call company

Ordered the wrong size shoes - they were still absolutely stunning - customer service was quick to respond and help me sort a new pair as soon as possible. Cant wait to get the right size.

This is the best customer service I have ever encountered!!! I ordered a pair of sandals but did not realize how high the heels were. They were way too high for me. I requested an exchange, but instead was told to keep the sandals and pick something else of the same value, which I did. Never came across such customer service. Will definitely be buying more sandals from them.

FSJ is legit they remind me of Onlymaker.

Normal shipping takes 3-4 weeks so give it time.

Excellent service and fantastic shoes. I own around 15 pairs of FSJ shoes and live even single pair. The option to customise is amazing too, giving so many different options. Delivery is always within a couple of weeks with tracking available all the way!

I would never recommend buying shoes in orders my shoes and never received them they do not have the shoes in stock.I sent several emails and when they finally responded they said they did not have a date when the cakes would arrive.Mind you i had already been waiting for weeks!! I had to contact my bank for a refund

These shoes fit so well, it's like walking in slippers! I love how cute they are and I won't hesitate to order all the shoes I love from FSJ. So pleased!!

Thanks FSJ shoes , they help me with my order. When I wrote to Cara that the shoes was big for me ( first order) , she helps me to understand my size and I ordered new shoes without additional payment. And she said that I can leave shoes ( first order ) to myself.

I LOVE THE SHOE OPTIONS!!! But the website itself is not user friendly!! It’s very slow and it freezes a LOT and kicks me off pages or out of my logged in account and have to sign back in a lot and there’s no way to “save” shoes you like on a wishlist or anything for future reference which is a bummer. There’s over 60 pages of shoes to choose from which is amazing but difficult when you find a handful of shoes you like but then have to go back through pages and pages to find them again if you don’t purchase them the moment you find them.

Overall I like the shoe options though. I’ve only recently discovered FSH Shoes and I have petite feet so I am excited to receive my first order I placed today, as for the quality etc I have nothing to review just yet but I have high hopes. Just fix the service quality of your website to be more user friendly because it freezes a lot which is frustrating.

I love my shoes… beautiful, comfortable and better looking in person. I would like to buy in another color but can’t find them. Thanks!
