Terrible experience
Terrible experience - Missing items, wrong vase, and insulting $10 refund offer!
Do not trust this company. The bouquet delivered looked completely different from the website photo. To make matters worse, they sent a completely wrong vase and completely forgot the "Happy Birthday" sign that I paid for. When I complained, they only offered a pathetic 25% refund on the flowers alone ($10), completely ignoring the extra money I spent on the full order and delivery. This is unacceptable. I ordered a complete birthday gift and received a cheap, incomplete substitute. I demand a FULL REFUND for this disaster. Avoid at all costs!

THIS SITE IS A SCAM !! they dont check the work of the florist that it sourced and does not check the arrangement matches the photo from their site ...

Idiots!
Ordered flowers in advance, plenty of time to be delivered on Saturday, date set..charged extra for weekend delivery...now still say in delivery on Sunday ...automated phone bot saying being delivered..and it turns out they sent them UPS which shows delivers on Monday WHY IN THE HELL would they do that?. UPS shows them sitting at a UPS location 14 miles away from destination....given some bs by customer service about storm delay..what storm?...Now with the heat they will be wilted...completely missed day I needed them there when promised. They could not source yellow roses locally?..this is Florida plenty of flowers here ..NEVER use them EVER. They completely screwed up my plans thru this incompetence...would not have known unless checked ...WTF is wrong with these people ? IDIOTS! Cannot be trusted...am feeling scammed. Cant imagine they will continue to be in business like this.

Ordered what was shown online as a beautiful pink and white bouquet for the funeral of my son-in-law’s mother. What was received was ridiculous. The flowers were not the same and it was very skimpy.Pink was her favorite color and there was not a pink flower to be seen.How embarrassing! I have been told I will receive a full refund. I also want the correct bouquet delivered to their home since the funeral took place on Friday.
I want the name of the florist they used so they never again receive our business. They said it wasn’t possible due to confidentiality issues. Probably have had this issue before. We will never use this company again.
I wish I could attach the pictures of both .

Worst purchase ever. Spend a little more and buy local.
I ordered tulips they sent them unrefigerated via UPS. I would give them negative.
Asked for a refund on this replacement that was shipped the exact same way the 1st one was. Dead!
This is BEYOND unacceptable.

False advertisement for the sizes of flowers. They looked cheap and delivery was awful. You’re better off making the flower arrangements yourself! I definitely wasted my money.

sent; I’m assuming they were okay. I did get to see the Country Basket Blooms that went to my daughter and
was somewhat disappointed. I paid for
the deluxe version and what I saw looked like the regular and did not have the butterfly ornament. Except for the Gerber Daisies, the flowers died rather quickly.
