I am expecting a delivery from Froede. They actually send me an email saying that they have handed my shipment to a local delivery service and that this company would contact me within 3 days. Unfortunately, they do not include any information on who they handed it to, nor do they provide any contact information to follow up. Froede is supposed to deliver a chair I ordered from Hermann Miller so I opened a case with them - hopefully they can help me as I have no idea when or if I will receive my delivery.
