Expensive, inconvenient, ecologically questionable
Expensive, inconvenient and poor food quality, never filling enough for a real lunch break. It likewise feels annoying that you have to pre-order your meal at the cantine in advance. It's just an unnecessary extra step. Moreover, creates enormous amounts of trash - every meal goes into a huge yellow paper bag full of plastic stickers.

Goodbye Frichti
Goodbye Frichti! Up until few months ago, it was great. Now I wait 2,3,4 hours. This last order, I waited for 2 days. They kept on saying it’s coming which it never did! The worst is that I had to chase after the order, they did not bother with it. The person I talked to was very responsive, no issue there. But the company is going down… sad

Obvious downfall and customer service is being sassy about it
I've been a huge user in 2022 due to a health issue. I'm talking over a grocery order a week, so I guess I know what I'm talking about. I'm based in Paris. Since a few weeks, they're forcing me to order using the express mode, it's been 6 times in a row now. Sometimes it's taking longer, like way longer, than what they're engaging themselves for and forcing me to pay for. I've been complaining about it 5 times to the customer service, that's being sassy in return most of the time, lying even. Telling me it's exceptional, that they're lacking delivery persons (how does a shortage force one to delivery faster..?), Vegetables arrive in smaller portion than before and completely beaten up and even straight up filled with MOLD sometimes. What a downgrade. I really don't understand why they won't watch closer some "centrales" that are really plummeting the brand and being obnoxious about it.

I find Frichti a real great experience…
I find Frichti a real great experience for whenever not having time, or the need to cook, however the only detail that really bothers me is the excess use of sunflower oil knowing that colza and olive oil are far better choices health wise.
And maybe at some point more organic choices.
Thank you for taking that into consideration.

The food is okay but their delivery and customer service are a disaster. Delivery people who often don’t want to go up stairs, missing items, delays, and then as customer service department who tries to blame the client, it’s all there.
