They go that extra mile!
I can't praise Fresh Motors enough. They repaired my car expertly. In addition they pesued my extended warranty claim when it looked like the insurance company would not approve it. Very big thanks to David Nicol who is such a capable person and an asset to Fresh. Just the best service and attitude. Very rare these days.

Having my vehicle delivered the…
Having my vehicle delivered the previous day, I went to drive it and the engine management light came on so we didn’t go on our journey as planned, very disappointing!
Fresh motors did call, but I was surprised when they asked me to take the vehicle back, but I explained that the vehicle had only just been delivered. The service manager seemed reluctant to collect the vehicle and loan us a vehicle whilst ours was being repaired, not very good customer service and not what I expected from those who say customer service is of paramount importance!
Finally my vehicle was returned, repaired, and we are now happy with our vehicle
The experience wasn’t nice, and no apology was given by the service manager which was disappointing too

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter a fault so soon and for our handling of the situation to fall short of your expectations.
I am happy that the service department handled the situation promptly, by calling in as soon as they could to try and get this issue resolved. Whilst I appreciate that us asking for you to bring the truck back into us may have been something that you didn't expect, we do not always have people and/or the truck and trailer available due to being a very busy site and often delivering customers vehicles all over the UK, so we can only provide what we can on this basis.
We are, however, pleased to know that your vehicle has now been repaired and that you’re happy with it, but we regret that our communication and support during the process did not reflect the high standards of customer care we strive for. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve the way that we support each customer in both similar and different situations in the future.

RAC warranty claim
Excellent service from David in getting my RAC warranty claim through. It took some doing with challenges on the way but persistence paid off and David managed to get the whole claim paid for (excluding diagnostics). My car spent nearly 4 weeks in total with Fresh but I was kept up to date at all times. No issues with any of the work that was carried out by Fresh motors.

When we arrived to look at the toyota…
When we arrived to look at the toyota hilux keiran met us and let us inspect the vehicle and take it a test drive, nothing was too much trouble . We arranged payment and because we lived 4 hrs away they arranged delivery when all the inspections were completed.
On the day of delivery we were called to let us know how far away they were.
We could not ask for anymore,they were all very pleasant.
We are very pleased with our vehicle.Best sales people we have ever dealt with.

Started to use Fresh Motors 3 years ago…
Started to use Fresh Motors 3 years ago after a breakdown and the car needed repairs…service was so polite and helpful and the repair was completed the next day after Fresh collected car as it was undriveable…
Following that experience we have transferred all our servicing and repairs to Fresh as that polite and helpful experience has continued and in fact it’s like being one of the family when booking any work, friendly welcoming attitude from David, Dave and Grace. They now look after our BMW and Citroen C5 Aircross.
All work is fully priced ahead of being authorised and genuine OEM parts are used for all services and repairs.
If you’re looking for a quality service, we can certainly recommend Fresh Motors
