I ordered 5 suits on April 3rd and…

I ordered 5 suits on April 3rd and received them May 13th. It took me many whats app texts until I got a response. Now that I received the suits, they were undersized. I alway fit into a 42 but this 42 was way too tight. They say it is easy to return the items, but are not responding at all. They even said my email was not recieving emails from them. This is a lie as I have gotten 50 promotional emails from the same email. Save your money and your sanity and buy elsewhere.

Ordered a pair of pants from French…

Ordered a pair of pants from French Crown and accidentally got the sizing wrong. Reached out to customer service and they were understanding and helpful throughout the process. They’re making me a new pair free of charge, which I really appreciated.

Poor quality coat

Poor quality coat. The 4 buttons on the coat sleeves are all stuck together and not in-line. Shipping of the coat took several weeks and looked like it had a ruff delivery. The wooden hanger was in 3 pieces. I wouldn’t buy again.

Suit swap

I ordered a line. Suit to wear to my sisters wedding, but after i had ordered it she wanted me to be a groomsman and so I needed a different suit. The suit i received fit well and was very well made, just a bit long. They sent me a different suit and I kept the other one. The new suit fits even better than the first, looks great, I am quite satisfied and would order from here again

I am surprising no prompt Corrective measures for this issue and no improved method implemented by French Crown.
Again they ask Customer to write further mail... ?
Is it the right way to take preventive measures..

I am totally not at all convinced on their reply because of self also from Ex QA and QC in MNC.

Hence my rating remains the same
and decided not to do further purchase
