I notified French Crown Staff, and began the process of shipping me a smaller size, and told me I didn’t have to return the original oversized jacket I ordered in error. When I received my order I was impressed by the quality but when I tried on the suit jackets, the fit was too small. I have a more athletic build and they were tight across my chest and upper arms. When I reached out about exchanging them for a larger size, Nora in customer service responded within 24 hours. She informed me that they were sending 3 new suit jackets and further stated I would not need to return the ones that did not fit properly. I will definitely order from French Crown again.

Customer service is incredible, order processing not so much.
The company replaced my order because of an Imperfection in my suit jacket.
The suits are beautiful and fit both my father and I like they were tailored because I put our weight and height in. I was impressed.
The downside was the company not keeping track of which suit and color they sent for my order. This led to some confusion with my replacement order, but the company went above and beyond to fix my order. I would hope they will track this better in the future.
With all of this being said, I love my suits and the colors. I have already placed a new order and received it. It was perfect.

Since several month, I have a more than a great service from Amelia at sales rep. Each time she’s looking for shirts, kurta and suits that would please me. I purchased a jacket
I purchased a jacket, it took longer than expected, but they told me that is because each jacket was custom made to selected size. When I got the jacket it looked great and fit great. Though, I noticed an imperfection on the print and sent Mia at French Crown a photo. They immediately sent me a new one and Mia couldn’t have been more helpful. To be honest, I was skeptical about everything but am now convinced that French Crown is quite legitimate and looking to do right by their customers.

Below expectations.
Quality control is below expectations. Two out of the three suits I ordered had shoulders sewn unevenly, which is a significant flaw — especially on a formal garment like a tuxedo. The shoulder construction is one of the most important parts of the silhouette, as it affects how the jacket drapes, how symmetrical the posture appears, and how the suit looks in photos.
I was also surprised to see that their tuxedos are designed with belt loops. From a classical black-tie perspective, this is considered a major etiquette mistake, as tuxedo trousers traditionally should not be worn with belts.
That said, they do offer a very wide range of colours and fabrics. Their velvet selection in particular is genuinely impressive. The overall styling could use a touch up to more modern and minimalist style. This could easily have become a go-to brand for me.
Unfortunately, due to the quality control issues mentioned above, I will not be returning as a customer, and I cannot recommend them at this time.
