Very Disappointing Experience – Not Fair to Customers
My experience with this trailer rental service was very disappointing.
I returned the trailer only 4 minutes late (17:04 instead of 17:00), yet I was charged a full late fee of 300 SEK. This feels extremely unfair and disproportionate for such a minimal delay.
What made things worse is that customer service claimed I returned it 2 hours late, which is simply incorrect according to my receipt. This raises concerns about accuracy and transparency.
As a first-time user in Sweden, I found the process unclear and unforgiving. There was no flexibility or understanding, even for a very minor delay.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Customers deserve fair treatment and accurate information.

I got the trailer from Elgiganten
I got the trailer from Elgiganten, Kungens Kurva. The trailer was in great shape and everything from Securitas wire to lock and Light worked great. Easy to fetch and return, since the parking position was well planned. Also, since I returnera the trailer early, the feedback was adjusted. Highly recommendable and much more environmentally favorable than each person owning their own trailer.
