What a pleasure it was to deal with the lovely Trisha today. I needed help covering a child waiting for an operation. Trisha talked me through the whole process, made sure I understood everything and helped me make sure everything was covered for our upcoming trip. As a returning customer I thought that having to complete the medical questionnaire again was excessive. Otherwise a relatively simple process to get the policy renewed.
