Josh took him time with me. I previously call 3-4 in December and no one seem willing to take time when I didn't know which card I had on file. So those times I wasn't able to pay my bill. Josh was very patient and he answered all the questions I had and sent literature for me to reference. Since I had this service I only remember this happening my first day of service. I felt very comfortable with Josh because he cared.josh needs a promotion or he needs to train staff members how to interact with customers.

The service is easy to use and consistently delivers quality sound when receiving voicemails. We have been a member since 2020.

Been using freedom voice since 2017 and I absolutely love the service and features.

Your Representative Janet Tautho was amazing. She updated my new account information for payment & advised me about your various functions. She is an asset to your organization.

Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is very poor. On hold for far too long and insufficient answers

Christian was so knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, helpful, and professional. He is the best. I had called for the same problem with no solution, the person I spoke didn’t help, but Christian kept reassuring me that he would help me, which he did. He kept to his word. I had decided to pull out of Freedom voice and the other company I introduced, however I changed my decision because of Christian’s professionalism and all I listed above. He is an asset to your company. He is a great employee.

Great service with ALOT of additional perks that come along with it, and at a great price. Best option, you can try it risk free. I dropped my business phone line and just added this service line to replace it, wish I did it a lot sooner.

Representative was knowledgeable, professional, courteous & efficient.

I have no experience with this type of system so very much a novice. The manual is a bit overwhelming however I was advised to start with the five step quick start which was helpful. We don't need all the advance features of the system so I don't want to get lost in the complexities of all the available functionality. Customer Service was excellent getting us set up. Very patient, friendly and knew what she was doing which was reassuring.

Lhera was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient.

The representative, Mercy S., was extremely attentive to what needed to be done. She went the extra mile to resolve my issue on the spot and made sure everything was perfect. Mercy found creative solutions to a complex problem and truly proved herself to be a real asset to the team.

I have contracted this company for years and they have always been great at helping me. They know the tech stuff and better yet they know how to explain it.

The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my request to process a one time payment. Unfortunately, I had to call back to get him. I called a few minutes prior and the representative by the name of Marcy was processing my payment incorrectly. She only asked for the card number and expire date (2x) and then she got an error message. I felt that she wasn’t versed in what she was doing so I asked for a supervisor because I was able to log online to my bank and check my card and there was no issues. I realized after speaking with the gentleman that she never asked for my name or address. Therefore, how was she processing the card. That’s probably why she was getting an error message. Also, she begin to tell different stories that weren’t true and I reminded her that the call was recorded. That was a scary experience. Agents should know better. However, the gentleman who processed my payment was ready and knew exactly how to process the payment with no issues. It was a pleasure to speak with him. She was pleasant as well but didn’t appear to be knowledgeable. Thanks
