Better than expected
Actually a pretty positive experience, I rescue and remove animals professionally and recently stopped using Pets4Homes due to the ridiculous new charges they have added. Free ads allowed me to remove 2 cats to a great new home in less than 24 hours, thanks to that I was able to go straight into suitability checks and meet ups and get the cats to their new homes.

Delayed messages
Struggling with the communication on freeads. If they are not a vip member then the messages can take 48 hours to get through.
Then sometimes people don’t reply at all.
Dogs for sale but then they back off and don’t reply. You either want to sell your dog or you don’t.
Also I am a VIP MEMBER!!!!

Thanks for your review, many of our breeders prefer contact from VIP members, with PetSafe paid as a deposit via the website. Whilst we do not delay any messages to breeders, to contact ads as they ar eposted, you'll need to upgrade to VIP.

I put the advertisement for kittens sale on their website.
The listing became active right around the time I found homes for the entire litter.

Quite a con
This company will take your money for membership then lock you out.
I paid today as I could only access an ad phone number by apparently paying £7.99 for membership. I paid, have the record of my bank transaction but I’m still asked to pay, when I try to receive the number. Nó way of contacting them, so they presumably hope you get fed up and let them keep your money. I will be contacting a return from my bank. Don’t use this company. They are not good.
As there is no way to contact you on Trustpilot as you suggested, I will write here. My email is frs1.ltd@gmail . Com
and you have replied to my ticket through your website either a response that has nothing to do with my request.

I replied to an advert for buying a puppy, I received an email saying my request was in a queue or I could pay £7.99 for a faster service! Or I would have to wait up to 24 hours for a response, it has now been over 48 hours and I have had no response from the seller, not impressed.
