Excellent organization. Excellent staff. Captain emphasized good views of significant landscape, slowed and did 360 degree turns at times—-didn’t happen on Scotland cruise. Good food choices.

Excellent staff always v helpful.

Excellent dining with razor sharp service by the waiting on staff. However just one comment, the air conditioning system in the cabin was noisy preventing a good nights sleep. Also the superior view cabin description was disappointing as the window needed cleaning although difficult to clean I suppose.

Excellent service, food bar service room service brilliant

This is my 5th cruise in 9months with Fred Olsen and with 4already booked for next year. And will be looking for a cruise this coming winter.
That says all that needs to be said.

All the staff onboard did a fantastic job on our voyage around Ireland.  I would like to mention the following members of staff in particular:

Kaew - who did a brilliant job looking after our cabin
Amelia - Oceans Bar - brilliant server and drinks always served with a smile

Peter - Light Morning Bar - handled a very difficult client in a very professional manner
Last but not least - Sree and Kenneth in the Main Dining Room.  Absolutely fantastic duo.  This was our fourth Fred Olsen Cruise and they were the best servers we have had.

The atmosphere on board was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. Things happened at the right time. Our cabin was lovely. Food was fantastic. The shows were great. Bridge classes with Susan were excellent.
Entertainment team (especially Keenan and Dee) were great.
We would do it again.

Food better than last few cruises.
Comedian good.Olsen cast average. Service in The View lunchtime stretched as staff are constantly having to go for alcoholic drinks to the detriment of general service ( water, table clearing etc.).Staff great but need more or improved system. Walk into Galway a lot further than 350 metres!!

Exceptional cruise line with wonderful crew, delicious food and great entertainment

Kenneth De La Cruz made our experience very relaxing and was an absolute credit to Fred.Olsen.
He deserves any reward available.

Fantastic cruise
I would highly recommend Fred Olsen
The only criticism was the WiFi
We were told to pay £65 for 5 days WiFi but nothing worked at sea at all
The money was not taken so I then tried again with a payment of £50. Still no WiFi connection on Board even when the ship was in port.
The money was refunded but I would have preferred WiFi as I run a business and need contact
We had to go to Information Offices on land to connect to their wif

We certainly enjoyed the holiday but the experience was marred by having our mains extension lead confiscated. There are just not enough sockets in the cabins. Fred Olsen do not seem to realise that we do not use continental type plugs in the UK.

Care and service was excellent with staff being both attentive and efficient

My wife has ill heath and this cruise has boosted her self confidence

Staff were fantastic and we loved the shows which were great. There was really nothing to fault. Look forward to seeing you again.

Apart from Speciality Restaurant, of which ideally you need another one, food was just ok. Reviews had suggested food would be much better than other cruise lines. Sadly that wasn’t my experience.
