We moved into our Francis Jackson home around 18 months ago. A few early teething issues with the air source heat pump (wrongly wired), but this was soon rectified by helpful staff.

We experienced water ingress at one window after an especially stormy night. Again, this was sorted out within weeks. Small early snagging was done efficiently & we appreciate the 2 year window to have any problems (in our case minor) resolved. Very happy with the house itself & with the follow up.

Soon after moving into our house, we noticed the render was starting to fall off the external walls. Not just on our house, but all the houses on the Estate. We contacted Francis Jackson Homes, initially they simply ignored our communications and eventually responded stating they were not responsible and would not help us. We had a survey completed and they confirmed the render mix was incorrect and it was a workmanship issue (not ware and tear).

The render has now completed come away from our house (and the other houses on the estate), Francis Jackson Homes quality and after sale care is absolutely appauling, I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Francis Jackson Home, unless you have £30,000+ spare to fix the poor workmanship.
