I was honestly questioning whether the Oakleys were authentic at first because the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else. After receiving them, I can confidently say they are 100% authentic. The quality is exactly what you’d expect from Oakley, with no compromises at all. Shipping was prompt and everything arrived well-packaged. Overall, Frames Direct has even better prices than competitors and I would definitely buy from them again.

Pretty simple. Did a quick query on ChatGPT to find the best deal for a standard pair of Ray Ban P Justin glasses. GPT linked me with the actual best price here at Frames Direct. So, I bought it. It came over as expected and I'm enjoying the sunglasses! Easy.

Bought some non-prescription glasses for a christmas gift. It isn't christmas yet but they glasses came on time and appear in good shape.

It’s not often I’m 100% satisfied with an online order experience. But when I am, it deserves a mention! Well done Frames Direct. I ordered my RayBan Meta frames without rx lenses on November 21st which is a Friday. The following Tuesday they were delivered. This is five days for delivery from date ordered, which included a Saturday and a Sunday. Color me impressed with fulfillment turn around!
The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed in no time with concise descriptions for the item and ordering process. I used my vision insurance and the process was quick and simple.

Frames came in a timely manner and undamaged. Was pleasantly surprised with the case and cleaning cloth that came with it. I would definitely order from this place again.

They were great. The frames are exactly what I wanted and the color is awesome. I got the satin purple.

I ordered glasses. Got an email that they were “in the lab”. 2-3 days later I checked the status and see that they are back ordered 4 weeks. No notification or anything.
I wait 4 weeks and check the status. Still in back order. Ultimately notified it would be another 4 weeks and then 8-10 days for production.
I called customer service and was told “it’s just how there system works”. I asked if there was any way to know if my glasses would be coming off back order on the date the system was now suggesting. The reply was, No. No way to know.
Now if I want to order a different pair I have to place a new order but need to wait 7-10 days for a refund so I can order them, hope a different pair is in stock, and then 7-10 days for them to be made.
First and last time ordering from this company.

Edit to add: 5 days ago I got a response from my complaint here saying someone would reach out. This is yet to happen.
My account is updated to say that my order is “in lab” again. When I reached out to confirm the status, I was told that it is still back ordered and not in lab.
I asked for an explanation of the discrepancy and received no response.
I would love a straightforward answer from anyone!!!
At least follow through on a response.

Quality appears good, prices competitive, and shipping was timely.
