Shipping issues.
Whilst the cologne are normally good, they always have issues with shipping, there is almost always a delay and updates on delivery is another issue.
Improve on your shipping and I bet you will see an increase customer base. Unfortunately this is not my first complaint but it surely will be my last.

I was excited to try out a few different fragrances from here but my order got lost in transit and never arrived , they didn’t care at all to try and make it right or give me credit at least so I’m out of about $70 , terrible experience

Unpaid cancellation for my order

I hope you’re doing well and I’m from South Africa
I recently just ordered and got an email confirmation from Fragrance X stating that I should ask for 6 digit authorisation from my bank so the payment went through as Pre Authorisation (-R 2200) but my bank did not know anything about any 6 digit authorisation then decided cancel my order it usually gives gives back my money quickly because it was under Pre Authorisation but this time around it did not. I only got an email from their agent saying that it takes 2 business days for it to reflect on my account and now it’s been days nothing came through. I ordered Azzaro the most intense edp and Afnan Supremacy collection edition.
