I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FragranceShop.com.

I placed an order and was provided with USPS tracking number 9261290339726083185781. According to USPS, the package was delivered to a mailbox in Sugar Land, TX on May 8, 2026. However, my freight forwarding company, ShopMe Maldives, has officially confirmed that the package was never received at their US warehouse.

I contacted FragranceShop customer service and provided them with written confirmation from my forwarding company that the package was not received.

FragranceShop later emailed me a claim form and requested that I complete and return it. However, when I replied to the same email address provided by their customer service, my message was rejected by their mail server and returned as undeliverable. As a result, I was unable to submit the requested documentation through the email address they provided.

As the seller, I expected FragranceShop to assist in investigating the discrepancy, verify the shipping address used, provide proof of delivery, or help initiate a carrier investigation. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved, and I am still without the package I paid for.

The most frustrating part is that I made every effort to cooperate with the claims process, but even responding to the email containing the claim form resulted in a delivery failure.

Based on my experience, customer support was not effective when a delivery issue occurred. This review reflects my personal experience and the lack of resolution regarding my missing package.

I had a very disappointing experience with FragranceShop.

I ordered Rasasi Hawas and Mancera Instant Crush, and after receiving them, I immediately noticed something was off. The liquid in the bottles appeared lighter than usual, and the performance was very weak compared to authentic versions I’ve used before — the scent did not last long at all.

As a reseller, I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, so my customers tested the fragrances first. They ended up using about half of the bottles, trying to confirm whether the performance was actually off before complaining. Eventually, they came back and raised concerns as well.

When I brought this issue to FragranceShop, instead of helping resolve the situation, they refused to issue a refund simply because the bottles were used — even though the usage was part of verifying the product quality.

Very frustrating experience. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if you rely on consistency and performance.

I expected better customer support and accountability.

The bottle of perfume that I ordered for a gift arrived merely wrapped in bubble wrap/no box, and NO LID on the bottle. It appeared used.
I then saw the fine-print in the description: that I purchased a "Tester" that may arrive without complete packaging. This turned out to be more expensive than if I had purchased NEW direct from the manufacturer distributor.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical. The price online was significantly less than what I normally pay at Dillards and Macys. I’ve been wearing this cologne for years and my wife really likes the way it smells. I was concerned that I would receive a product that didn’t meet my expectation. That the cologne wouldn’t have the fragrance strength or that I would get a phony bottle. My concerns were put to rest when the cologne showed up in the original packaging and in the condition I had hoped for. It smells great and lasts throughout the day, just like buying it from the big box—pricey—store. I can’t comment on others experience but mine was great. The order showed up as promised. I will definitely be making future purchases when the time comes!

Took a while for a tracking Number, but I got what I ordered thank you !

I looked for my perfume online and almost bought it from another company. Then I checked prices and found this company. Ordered it and it came carefully packaged and in the time frame as promised.

I’ve been shopping at the store for many years now , and I could tell you this is the original product,they are affordable they last long shipping is free and fast. They’re the same as if you buy from high-end brand stores.

Package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Genuine products at a discount!

The spray pump didn't work, this company sold a defective product. I wouldn't recommend.

Horrible experience. Partially Refunded my initial purchase and continue to claim no availability in particular product. When it's actually being sold because a friend placed a order and it was fulfilled. No coupon code or ability to rectify the matter offered. Customer service ignores and lies about inventory. Do not recommend and will be dealing with payment processor to rectify the matter fully.

I ordered 3 different scents and I’m pleased it’s each. They arrived appropriately packaged and were extremely well priced.
