The package arrived empty, the company did not respond to my request for 2 days. When they did respond they told me they would need 10 days for a UPS Investigation - I responded that that the package had been shipped by another carrier and received no response. I waited 12 days and reached out 2 more times with no response. Will be calling credit card to dispute charge. Terrible customer service.

Fast shipment and authentic products. Prices were good as well.

Still haven’t received product 2 1/2 weeks after stating it should be delivered. Cannot get a response to emails with either Fragranceshop or DHL delivery service.

That is a very good product for a reasonable price. Excellent sale.

One of 3 fragrances ordered was several years old (after checking manufacturing date) When addressing with company, asking for replacement product, they replied that a shelf life of 3-10 years for unopened product is acceptable. Only allowed a return, postage my expense. I would not trust this site for future purchases.

Very good selection, great prices, quick delivery

I was crazy happy to have found my perfume which was discontinued years ago. I just happen to stumble upon it and found your store had it available. I was in disbelief so I checked to see if it was the real thing, I believe what your customer service told me. Sure enough itʻs exactly what i wanted and ordered 4 more. Well stocked for now.

The perfume is amazing, the smell is identical and the longevity is unreal. I love everything about it more than the original. It was super well secured in the package, no breakage or anything. The roll on glides on the skin. I'm SO pleased, I'll order again as soon as I need more, I cannot recommand enough. Thank you very much.

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my cologne.

Its been a month and I still haven't received my perfumes . The shipping label was created 20 days ago , and Fed Ex still hasn't received the package. Its a scam!

The prices on the name brand scents are outstanding and the perfume oil recreation is dead on!
Shipping was a little slow but worth the wait.

I have been ordering from this company for probably at least 10 years, and I have been very happy with the FragranceShop.com!

I cannot recommend FragranceShop.com based on my experience.

On July 9, I ordered a fragrance as a wedding gift for my fiancée, with our wedding taking place on July 25. The next day, I received an email stating that my order had shipped, along with a DHL tracking link showing an estimated delivery date of July 14.

July 14 came and went with no package. When I contacted customer service on July 15, they simply sent me the same tracking link I already had instead of providing any meaningful assistance. After reaching out again on July 16, I was told to complete an insurance claim form. I returned it the same day and received confirmation on July 17 that it had been received.

That was the last communication I received.

With no updates, no replacement, and no apparent effort to resolve the issue, I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my bank. My bank investigated the matter and refunded my purchase in full.

My wife and I were married on July 25 and are now on our honeymoon. While FragranceShop.com didn’t ruin our wedding, they certainly failed to deliver on a purchase that was intended to make the day even more meaningful.

To add insult to injury, the company later emailed me asking if I was happy with my purchase—a purchase I still have never received. Even today, the DHL tracking page continues to show the package as “Processed – En Route” with an estimated delivery date of July 14.

Packages can get lost. That’s unfortunate, but it happens. What shouldn’t happen is a company failing to communicate, failing to provide meaningful customer service, and leaving the customer to resolve the problem through their bank. Based on my experience, I will not be ordering from FragranceShop.com again.

I have never tried this fragrance and it smells wonderful!
