Not impressed
Ordered on 5 December. Items arrived 17 days later on 22nd, and one of the two was not what i ordered. Two orders placed on 8th with other firms arrived in 4 days.

The reviews on this company are not very good but I have found that the two times I have ordered from them the item was really good value and delivered within the time stated so I have no regrets using them.

Ordered 2 fragrances on 26th, still nothing
Ordered 2 fragrances on the 26th, Received the cheaper one but the expensive one hasn't even been dispatched to this day, 3rd. Emailed them 4 times for them to reply 5 days later with little to no information. They say their warehouse has been closed but how did the send the first fragrance 🤔 I recommend not to buy with this company. If you do never buy multiple items. Oh and calling them gets you no where as you'll be listening to classical music for the whole time you're in call with them. Terrible unprofessional company. Fragrance Avenue 💩

Don't order multiple things 8f you expect all the same time
Ordered late November, 3 perfumes. Arrived late December. All 3 items arrived a week apart in separate packaging. All perfumes were same make. Should of arrived together in one order and in a quicker time

Item received an absolutely no smell of it. After numerous emails back an forward they refuse to refund. Saying item is used. How would I have known it had no smell unless I used it.
I am now out the postage back an they want me to pay postage again to return it to me again...AVOID!!!!!!!
