Muhummad Uwais Khilji (do a google search on companies he is associated with) has a pattern. Build up a business, then stop fulfilling orders, then declare insolvency. Done this twice, halfway though a third. Would recommend staying well away from this or any other company he runs

I paid £259 for a Creed fragrance, i place the order on 18th Sept. It is 1st October. I have had 1 response claiming my item will be delivered between 26-30th Sept. No delivery. no tracking. I sent 3-4 emails. 1 replied telling me there is a delay at the warehouse. tried calling 4-5 times, no one ansers the phone. Still no mention of tracking or courier used. moreover, this company liquidated on 24th Jan 2025. Gov.co.uk website, how are they still able to trade? I doubt i'll ever get this item so i've filed a claim with my bank. I would avoid them.

UODATE - I did receive a refund eventually from looking incredible but only because I was persistent with over 100 emails a day, trust pilot reviews and contacting trading standards. Company is not creditable at all. Some get their orders or part of them - some get refunds or part refund - and many get neither - This company also operates as Looking Incredible. If you check trust pilot you will see that the reviews on there for both company’s are similar. No goods recorded but took the money. I am currently liaising with my credit card company to hopefully reverse the payment to looking incredible. Fashion avenue is based in Nigeria. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are incontactsble. Phones not answered, emails ignored, and no updates at all. I was foolish not to check trust pilot before paying them. Please please be aware and careful. Take the money and do not send the goods.

I bought a £140 bottle of aftershave, they stated it would take 2-5 days however a month later still nothing. After contacting dpd it became clear it was never even sent out, I've e mailed and called fragrance avenue multiple times but they seem to have gone radio silent and ignoring everything.

I received a wrong order and i opened a complaint with PayPal. I have problems with finding their address to return the package but wasn’t able to. I now want to have a compensation for keeping the package, but nothing has been done!

After 1 month I still haven’t received my order, despite sending 3 emails which I haven’t had a response to.

I have NOT received my order, which was placed on March 22nd. It is now APRIL 20th.
The company has not responded directly to my complaint emails.
The company claimed my order was “on its way” on April 5th, but I have seen nothing at more than 2 weeks later. The company cannot be reached by telephone, which I have tried multiple times.
I have come to suspect that this company is not dealing honestly with its customers and I am about to try and recoup my not insignificant loss from PayPal or MasterCard.
My advice to other prospective customers is to avoid doing business with this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM no product and no refund. Stifle my money.

I ordered several fragrances from this store website is actually under fragrance-beauty.co.uk obviously a pop shop with no real customer service. They lost and admitted to one of my items not being delivered. They then said they would send another. Over 4 weeks from my original order they have still not sent the item and now gone radio silent. I have made trading standards aware. Do not use this outlet. The investigation is still ongoing as I’m not letting them get away with theft.

Ordered 21.03.23 for a birthday present. Stated 2 to 5 days delivery. Sent 2 mails chasing with no response. Then received mail to say had been dispatched.....still nothing.

Ordered Aftershave on the 4th it’s not the 12th and it still says ready to ship

The item does not look as good as the pictures it’s a shame really- l wish l could get my money back

The thing that I was dissatisfied about was the delivery time. I paid extra for a 1-3 day delivery as it was a present, but my order took over 2 weeks to arrive. The price of my item was very good though.

Brilliant service. Ordering online was easy. Emails sent giving updates on dispatch. Arrived well packaged and in time scale.

I ordered some perfume 9 days ago that I still haven’t received. I was told last Wednesday that it was being dispatched that day and would be with me soon. That was 5 days ago. I’ve emailed again and haven’t received a response. Will be contacting my bank if it’s not here by Wednesday 15th. *edit* ‘ it was lost in the post so I am due a refund* absolutely shocking and will never use again.

PRODUCT DELIVERED QUICKER THAN EXPECTED .Genuine parfume products

First and last time I use this vendor. Waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive and this was after contacting the vendor by email as they never answered the phone. Communication is key for online customer service, especially if there are going to be delays. If I had not chased this up my order I'm unsure if I would ever have received it.
