Sold an out of stock item. They didn't send it. However, instead of being honest, they pretended the courier lost it. (Though they did process the refund themselves after 1 week)

Good value mens fragrance selection at a very reasonable price

I have ordered a fragrance on 16/feb/2023 the delivery time was was 2-5 working day. They never send me any tracking information, I'm still waiting for my order , i rang them buy they never answered. I have raised the issue with PayPal and have to go to make a claim.

Stay away from them please.

I've had 3 orders now and sadly they have got progressively worse. First one was fine. Second one for some reason they needed to check my address. I had to ring them but took 2 whole days to get through. Third one was very stressful because exactly the same happened with my address and I tried for 3 days solid to get through on the phone unsuccessfully. They also never respond to emails. It was only when I threatened to report it to the police as a theft that they phoned me and my order arrived the next day! It's such a shame as the packages I've had have been outstanding value and if not for these problems I'd have given 5 stars

I have several birthdays all at once in March. I used the filter to see what fragrances and aftershave was on offer. Got some really excellent discounted products at very good prices. Each product has a full description too, so if its one you are not sure of it describes the smell for you. All of the products I received were identical to the photographs on the website. They came within a few days of ordering and were well wrapped and packaged. Extremely pleased I came across this company and will use them again to start getting ahead with Christmas.

Its more than 2 weeks and I have not receive my parcel yet.

Original delivery went missing but replacement was sent quickly.

Ordered this 6th feb phoned up to see where it was told me it was lost so apparently sent another still not arrived been delivered and signed for by somebody else at another address I’ve asked 3 times for a refund and still nothing I do not recommend

The worst online experience I have EVER had. Package was returned to sender with no explanation. Then when I asked them to send it back to me, they said they couldn’t send a replacement to me without speaking to me on the phone and that they had tried to call me (they hadn’t) I was on hold multiple times each day, emailed to say no one is answering the calls. They again said can’t send it without speaking over the phone. I’m the end I had to go through my bank to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

a rubbish website that I would never recommend,been calling and emailing and no response,gift was ordered for my son birthday on the 6th Feb,and yet still nothing,they said it was lost in the post so they will resend,and now they have provided a tracking number,that shows not available,I contacted royal mail and they said it's not been sent out yet through the provider,it's only done online , really really disappointed please don't waste your time on this website.

Brilliantly wrapped and it was what I ordered, all boxed and packaged lovely. only down side is it took longer to come than said.
