Foxydry Reviews

It has been a real joy dealing with Foxydry. The staff (Beatrice) has been exemplary. From placing our order to delivery the process has been seamless and professional.

I received my Foxydry Air 150 to put in my new utility room. However, I had to wait a couple of months whilst the room was finished.

The unit was eventually put up and it looked great, but it didn't work! The unit did not lower or raise.

I had several calls (and FaceTime video) with the support team and they were able to solve the issue. It turned out a connecting cable had become loose and was easily re-connected. Then all worked perfectly

I can highly recommend both the products they offer as well as the customer support they provide. Thank you Foxydry

I have an 80cm wall mounted rack with an additional (fixed) rack and am very happy with my purchase. I can fit 2 loads of washing on it, or 1 load well spaced out. It's easy to raise and lower and there is room to drape bedding lengthways over the top rack without it touching the bottom rack.

Great product which we love using. Keeps our utility so tidy.

Perfect Service 👍🏻 Clutch wasn’t well inserted but customerservice help us to solve this Problem very well - thank you!

The quality is very good. I'm living in a city where is always very windy but Foxydry is very strong and reliable.

I use my Foxdry every day. Stylish, strong and a good laundry friend. Ordering experience was excellent.

The product is absolutely brilliant
Space saving - easy to fix to the ceiling and use

Super étendoir mural, très pratique, robuste.
J'adore !!!! Merci pour l'innovation.

I am really impressed with this Italian company. Their website is good and when we sent an enquiry, their response was fast friendly and helpful. We ordered the drier from the UK
on Sunday and were surprised and pleased when it arrived the following Friday. It is a good quality item, really well packaged, with very clear instructions. We installed it and are very happy. (Our query was whether we would have to pay extra duty, we didn't, and postage was included)

This is absolutely cool stuff. Easy to order, fast free delivery. Customer service is kind and helpful if you have some issues with installation. It may seem expensive at first hearing, but think about it! How much is a square meter of living space in Your home? With this stuff, you get at least 2 more square meters in your home! I think this is the highest value of this awesome product.

I think this has to be the best dryer I've had. Previously I had the old fashioned wood dryers, and they weighed a tun when lifting to the ceiling. Not so with this, glides up and down. The only quibble I have is that the cable keeps coming off the castors, that may be down to me for not loading it correctly and also one of the arm's doesn't fit flush to the ceiling anymore, again maybe my fault. I've had it for 10 months now. My Mum and Sister have the same dryers.

Very prompt delivery and a great quality product.

Great solution for flats or small homes.

I absolutely love our Foxydry. It is awesome. Everyone should have one. I have 3 kids and this has literally made my life so much easier. Best value product I’ve bought in years! Buy one. You deserve it!!! Cannot recommend it enough.

We purchased a wall mounted airer to make use of the space above the rarely used bath in our house bathroom.

Everything associated has had been clearly thought out. From packaging and instructions that were straight forwards. Limited tools are required, and assembly straight forward.

The mechanism glides and the whole thing works smoothly.

Overall service has been good, delivery expectations set and met. Highly recommended.

Love Foxdry. Excellent customer service, always available to help.

I absolutely LOVE this product! I've got a tiny laundry room and at first I really couldn't figure out how to get the best out of my space, and here I found what I was looking for!
Now I can't image life without it, super customer care too, 5 stars!
