I bought a Foxydry Pro and it was installed about a month ago. It works well, is strong and robust, and looks as if it will last a long time.

Two minor points:
Delivery was a little slower than expected, so make sure you order well in advance of it being fitted
The electrical cable needs a spacer between the unit and a solid ceiling or (preferably) routing behind a plaster ceiling.

We purchased our Foxydry Air 7 years ago, during which time it has operated fault free. Then, a couple of months ago, the rightmost scissors lifting mechanism started to get a little noisy. A few weeks later one of the aluminium strips actually snapped. I investigated and discovered that, when our builders had installed the unit, they had not correctly re-connected two small metal strips. Over time the mechanism must have come under stress, until eventually it failed.

I looked online hoping that there me some spare parts, but none were listed, no surprise really. Not wanting to throw the towel in, I then used the online Foxydry chat facility to seek help. They suggested I send some photos and description, that they could send on to their technical department. This I did and next day I received a response. Regretfully they could not send two replacement small metal strips, but they could supply a complete full height scissor arm. The cost was extremely reasonable and I immediately agreed to make the purchase, paying next day. Just 6 days later, Fedex delivered the parts to me in the UK.

I found the installation instructions online (one of the clearest set of instructions I have ever seen, brilliant) and installed the replacement arm the same day in less than 2 hours. Our unit unit is back in operation, ‘good as new’ and it would not surprise me if it continued to run for another 7 years.

If Foxydry had been unable to supply the spare parts, we were more than happy to purchase a new Pro model replacement. There is no way we were going to live without their drier.

So we’ll done Foxydry for, 1) producing such an excellent product 2) dealing with my enquiry so quickly 3) being able/willing to supply me attractively priced spare parts. Most companies ‘milk’ their customers with their spare parts pricing, but not Foxydry. Five star plus.

The customer service was great. In my haste to get the racks assembled AI misplaced the magnets and wall plugs. In dispair I contacted the customer service and the company sent about a fresh set of parts and even paid the postage to Sydney Australia. A great company and much appreciated. I am also very happy with the quality of the product and the design. Thank you Foxdry!

Fast shipment and good customer service when I had issues with product.

Have emailed a few times now and no update on my delivery which states it will be within 6 days

Ordered a wall rack a year ago. Has been working great; looks good, too. Needed another clip to prevent the lower rack from intruding into the upper one. They sent two clips in quick fashion. Great customer service.

I use the Foxydry wall since 2016 and I’m very pleased with the product. Recently I’ve ordered spare parts and the customer service provided was outstanding. Items were as always well packed and quickly shipped.

I ordered and installed our wall mounted foxydry. Installation was quite easy and it seemed like a good product. Within a day the chain that raises and lowers it snapped.
Having tried to contact the support email it just bounces back saying it’s spam.

EDIT: A member of the foxydry team got in touch with me and sent out a new chain and gear unit. After changing it’s now working really well. It’s a great product and very well designed but knocked a star off due to inconvenience of it breaking just after installation.

I have foxy dry mini manual model ,I installed it in January and in month of April it stopped working.
I have emailed customer care of foxy dry stating the problem and my order no but no reply from them. This kind of service we dont expect from a reputed company.
Can foxydry pls contact me on my email id.
Foxy dry is still under warranty so I need support to get it fixed.

I got the spare part from them and got it fixed ,thanks foxydry for help

First week of January I ordered Foxydry's topmodel, which cost a lot of money.
Today (February 27th) I haven't received it yet and also no explanation nor apology whatsoever !
In order to purchase one of their products, you have to pay immediately, but shipping seems to be very complicated. Very bad service !!

Finally my product arrived, I immediately installed it and it's a great machine ! Installing is a piece of cake with clear instructions. The lift runs smooth and has plenty power to lift a full rack of wet laundry and the fans (maybe just a bit too noisy) get the job done in just a few hours.
I'm really happy with this Foxydry Air 150 and I recommend it. If delivery would have been sooner, it would definately have been 5 stars !!

Foxy Dry have been FANTASTIC. Purchased Foxy Dry Pro. It takes so much laundry on it and they dry so quickly. Dream! Saves so much time. I can put laundry on it anytime . No more worrying about turning dryer off or bringing clothes in from outside line. Customer service is amazing. I purchased from IRELAND. I had lots of questions and they were wonderful. I got foxy dry pro and anyone who has seen it wants one! Designed excellently. They really have thought about everything. I have not used my dryer since I got foxy dry pro. Highly , highly recommend. You will LOVE doing laundry I promise 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Bought a Foxydry Air from Foxydry. They have some high quality, nice products which I have no problems recommending to everyone.

I have foxydry wall 150.Excellent product.I am very happy with it because it is functional and saves space.

I have my mini-150 a few weeks now and I find it brilliant that it can be lifted up to the ceiling leaving free access to the room below. Excellent product.

It has been a real joy dealing with Foxydry. The staff (Beatrice) has been exemplary. From placing our order to delivery the process has been seamless and professional.

I received my Foxydry Air 150 to put in my new utility room. However, I had to wait a couple of months whilst the room was finished.

The unit was eventually put up and it looked great, but it didn't work! The unit did not lower or raise.

I had several calls (and FaceTime video) with the support team and they were able to solve the issue. It turned out a connecting cable had become loose and was easily re-connected. Then all worked perfectly

I have an 80cm wall mounted rack with an additional (fixed) rack and am very happy with my purchase. I can fit 2 loads of washing on it, or 1 load well spaced out. It's easy to raise and lower and there is room to drape bedding lengthways over the top rack without it touching the bottom rack.

Great product which we love using. Keeps our utility so tidy.
