Absoutely terrible service from thesefrom start to finish. Lettings Team in Canary Wharf are useless, not able to complete the basic parts of their jobs and will lie when called out on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Crouch End Lettings is excellent. I’ve used them for some years now and they are always on hand and helpful. Sanaa & her team are no exception. How much prefer to deal with them than their back office which sometimes can be quite slow to respond. If this is the case then the Crouch end team are always willing to help and get things turned around for me usually within the same working day.

I worked with Niamh on the sale of my flat in Shoreditch Spring 2026. Niamh could not have been more helpful and responsive throughout the process, navigating issues with straightforwardness and practicality between both sides. The flat sold quickly, and I was happy with the result in terms of process. Would use again without question.

Will was great from the Balham office

Stephanie from the Woking office is always very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she is very efficient. I would highly recommend.

This review is coming late as I just thought to do it, but I've now been settled in my new home for about a month and a half. Layla Williams at the Greenwich office was fantastic throughout the process. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, was patient and understanding, and supported us every step of the way. Thanks to her efforts, we ended up with a home that exceeded what we'd originally hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again in the future.

Foxtons are unprofessional with extremely poor responsiveness to issues .
We experienced waiting six weeks for a second set of keys for three adults living in a house . They were security keys and the master was with Foxtons !! But worst of all is trying to get back your deposits. No responses even by managers at a more senior level . No one cares and although we were told it’s in progress , and would be released in one to three days it’s still in their hands 14 days later
Under law, and the rent act it must be repaid within 10 days but after 25 days still nothing
Cowboys and their reputation says it all

I was planning to move to Barnet since early this year. However it was so sudden I need to move to Surrey instead due to family needs. Although I didn’t successfully rent any property from Foxtons North Finchley branch eventually. I just wanna make people know that Mr Jake Shooter is one of the best property agent I have ever talked to. He calls me from time to time checking if he can help. Even I was away from UK for two months overseas I still receive his call and he assured me he will call again. He really did. I am a bit sad that finally I won’t move to Barnet this time. But I will absolutely recommend Jake if someone needs helping. Jake is caring and professional!
