As we only have around less than a week to prepare a place of accommodation for one of my colleague, Foxtons (through their Agent, Julide Kul), managed to find us a place to live. The whole process is speed up to the maximum level. The price is a bit higher than the market rate, but I think that's what we need to bear to be able to achieve the time limit.

Jodie from the Foxtons Balham branch was amazing. She was super responsive and always thought about us when new properties came on. Highly recommend.

My partner and I found our flat with the help of William Sigston and had an excellent experience. He was proactive, gave good advice catered to us, and we really appreciated both the quality of the flats we were shown, and how respectful he was of our requirements. This made our search fast and conclusive, we'd absolutely recommend William to others searching in the same area.

Foxtons have broken GDPR by emailing the entire flat block about private communications. They thoroughly misled our neighbours with what they said, to the point of defaming us.

We have had scaffolding out of our window for 10 months. They have known about a leak for a year and a half and are somehow still booking new contractors to investigate this apparent leak.

They shouldn't be allowed to be a business.

I was struggling to find an apartment that fit all my criteria, and had been on various showings that just weren’t giving me what I was looking for, until I booked a showing with Quadir Shabazz from the Greenwich Foxtons. In 1 day he showed me 4 places, all of which fit my criteria. We put an offer in the same day and Quadir was great throughout the entire process. He was always available, very informative, and had extremely quick responses. His friendly and professional attitude also made asking questions and asking for help easy.

I’ve recently rented a flat from Foxtons i was treated very well and helped all the way A very nice and friendly polite young man who’s name is Reece showed me around the property which I have now started renting I would also like to mention the manager who’s name is Ana who was also very friendly and polite and helpful. I am currently looking to rent a flat in Clapham in London, and Rebecca has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. What has particularly stood out is her professionalism and attentiveness to my needs. She has taken the time to understand what I am looking for and has been clear and informative about what the rental process entails. She has also been very generous with her advice and guidance. Her positive and friendly approach has made what can be quite a stressful process feel much more manageable!

From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, personable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for, not just in terms of the property itself, but our needs and circumstances as a whole.

One thing I particularly appreciated was how understanding he was of my work in the NHS and the fact that I couldn’t always be available or respond during the day. He was the first estate agent I dealt with who really took this into consideration, which made the whole process so much easier and far less stressful.

Super quick finding a property and our letting agent Will was very responsive!

All the steps my flatmates and I needed to complete were very clear and Amelia Knibbs was very helpful and responded very quickly when we had a question. She was also very helpful with my guarantor and made it simple for him to provide all the information that was needed of him.

Hamad was the only estate agent who actually took the time to find me a flat in the area in which I’d hoped to move! He was very personable and helpful throughout the process.

Recently moved to Balham, and Sam was really helpful and supportive in finding a property. He answered all questions quickly and communicated clearly
