Had a good impression from the viewing and was even able to arrange a viewing for us at the Draper even though it was fully booked. Throughout the whole process, Adam Abdelmoumen responded within 1-2 working days and also informed who to contact when he was away.

We had a fantastic experience with Foxtons Willesden, and we cannot thank Shereen enough for all her help and support throughout the process. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out for us, keeping us informed and making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Shereen was always there when we needed her, and her dedication and attention to detail really made a difference. It was a pleasure having her as our contact, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

My flat lost water and after reading the reviews online, (one said Foxton's was notorious for ignoring a lot of complaints) I was a little worried. Fortunately, the point person for me was Dee Clift and she could not have been more helpful and a better advocate. I sent her an email at about 8 PM the day we lost water (I think we lost it baout 6 PM). I heard from Dee by 9:15 the next morning and she was on it immediately. She provided several updates during the day and by about 4 PM I had my water back. I can't thank Dee enough. She was the best!

Gabriella has been amazing. I was looking for an apartment in Marylebone, she was very quick to show me a couple of places that fitted my exact specification, and was also sending me other properties throughout the day as they became available. She was easy to talk to and also very helpful for making the application as smooth as possible. 100% recommend, I had such an easy, efficient and great experience.

Over the last year and a half, I have had Jan Taylor as my property manager and it is the best experience I have had since I moved to London 11 years ago. Jan is extremely warm, intelligent and solution oriented, while being constantly accessible. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a top quality Property Manager - an absolute pleasure to work with her and be represented by her.

I needed to find a suitable flat. Sharifa was very helpful. In one evening she continued to show me several flats until I found one that was suitable. I had a great experience with Foxtons Crouch End when looking for my first property with my partner. Mercedes Cole advised me on available properties that fit our requirements, and took the time to understand our search. She was prompt in her replies, and I feel she has a very good understanding of what we are looking for. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons St John’s Wood. I left my most recent viewing feeling genuinely misled and disrespected, especially because this was the second time I had experienced the same kind of issue there, with the same agent.

From the outset, I had clearly explained the type of property I was looking for, my requirements and my budget. The agent, Elvira Petkova, first sent me a video of a property that did not meet those requirements, so I explicitly declined it and explained why. She then sent me a second video of a different property that I did like, called me afterwards, and arranged a viewing with me based on that second property.

When I arrived, however, she took me to the first property — the one I had already explicitly rejected. It was only then that I was told the property from the second video, which I understood I had booked the viewing for, was actually far above my budget. I had therefore attended the appointment believing I was going to see a property I was interested in and that was a realistic option for me, when in fact it was never within my budget in the first place. Instead, I was taken back to a property I had already said I did not want to see. Had I been given that information beforehand, I would never have agreed to the appointment.

What makes this worse is that a very similar thing had already happened to me before with the same agent. On a previous occasion, I had booked and confirmed a viewing for a specific property, only to arrive at the Foxtons office and be driven to a completely different property in a different location.

For this to happen once would be frustrating. For it to happen twice, on separate occasions and with different properties, is extremely unprofessional. I found the experience misleading, poorly organised and disrespectful of my time.

I’m currently looking to buy a flat, so far it’s been quite a stressful experience. I contacted Foxtons to enquire about a flat.
I spoke to Joe who was extremely helpful, He took the time to go through what I was looking for and really listened.Joe then put together some viewings, he had really thought about the criteria.
After having a bad experience elsewhere. The viewings and Joe have really restored my faith in being able to find a flat.

Foxtons itself managed my property search very smoothly. Sara was also very helpful in securing the property with the landlord. Provided me clear instructions, followed up in a timely fashion for any questions I had, and guided me through the closing process.

I just sold my flat with Foxtons Wembley and I couldn’t be more happy with the process.

From the very start of the process, we could tell Foxtons were the real deal. Their sales pitch when they came to value the flat was so much better than all the other agents that came to value our property, they did more research and just understood the area better. They also valued the flat 50k more than anyone else - and gave us confidence that they could get the sale through.

That confidence was well advertised, as within 6 weeks they got us our sale.

We have just completed and incredibly thrilled that we went with Foxtons as the team were on it from the start and delivered what they promised.
Georgiana was our main contact and was a true expert and made the whole process incredibly easy.

If people are ever hesitant about Foxtons higher fees, I get it - why would you want to pay higher fees? But trust me, it’s very worth it. Even with Foxton’s higher fees, we are still leaving the process with more than we would have go with any other agents.
Will definitely use Foxtons again in future and I highly recommend Georgiana and the team!

Will was great support with showing around the property

Annabelle was absolutely outstanding . We’ve been house hunting for over 6 months - she truly listened to what we needed , wanted, and liked / disliked and found us the most magical home in an area we hadn’t considered that worked even better than where we had been looking . She sorted out the viability of us letting something we would have considered out of our range and had it all confirmed in a matter of hours not even days . Absolutely 10/10 . Convoluted processes with lazy service, practically did nothing other than make me fill out pages and pages of forms, register on 3-4 different websites, waste my time, and provide ZERO service of ANY sort. Avoid these snakes at all cost.
