I recently purchased a car online unseen, from FOW and the whole experience was dealt with efficiently by Daiva Norkiene.

I would say she excelled in every way possible and found a way that I could receive my vehicle on the day arranged.
I was apprehensive as it is the first time I have bought a second hand car unseen, but it arrived as arranged on time, the driver was courteous and made sure everything was OK,.
On checking the vehicle it was exactly as advertised, I am very pleased and would buy a car again from the same people.

Sales executive Sienna was very helpful and took care of all the paperwork with ease. Good part exchange for my old car and the new car is brilliant, bit of a low battery warning which will be due to sitting up for a bit, expecting it to go soon, aftersales were right on after I emailed and very helpful. All in all a good experience.

Great customer service from Rebecca at FOW Manchester , I had a few issues during the purchase process of my new Mini , but she was extremely open and honest and provided a good overall interaction.

Very friendly people to deal with nothing was any trouble

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We bought online, as is the norm now. All the paperwork was seamless, we received videos and photos, and updates along the way. Delivery was also great.

We then realised the next day that there was an issue with the AC.

FOW immediately helped book it into a garage near us, rather than have it sent back to them. They did diagnostic tests over two or three separate days and found it needed a new part. FOW paid for each of those tests immediately, but I was concerned that they wouldn't cover the fix as it was over £2k... but they did, without question.

Aimee was my point person throughout the aftercare and was fantastic from start to finish. She kept me aware of what was happening, when she'd paid the bills, and when the car was next booked in. I had emails and phone calls throughout, and felt thoroughly involved.

FOW will have paid upwards of £3k to repair the issue, and did so without question. It was fantastic, and to be honest, not what I was expecting.

Sienna was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process of buying a new car and part exing our old car very straightforward. Thank you Sienna 😊

Very pushy from the outset, asking for all of my personal details, finance plans and marketing information before I'd even had the chance to test drive the car.
The test drive itself lasted barely five minutes and I wasn't able to drive above 50 mph, so I didn't get a proper opportunity to assess the vehicle.
I also purchased an EV, but the MG app is still bound to the previous owner. Although I have started the unbinding process, it takes up to four days to complete and the previous owner can apparently cancel the request at any time.
What is particularly concerning is that, while the app remains linked to the previous owner, they can see the vehicle's location and have access to certain remote functions and dashboard controls. This should have been resolved before the vehicle was handed over and raises serious concerns about privacy and security.
If this is for a review or complaint to the dealership, I can also make it sound firmer while keeping it professional.

Car seems fine, unfortunately the interior valet was clearly a rushed job and hadn't been done properly

Rebecca was great. We first spoke after I had unreserved the car that I wanted because I was being messed around by another dealer that had made an offer on my existing car, and therefore wasn't in the position to purchase at that time.

She stepped in, saved the deal and got me into the car I wanted. Test drive on Friday, final checks and a clean over the weekend and pick up on Monday.

I bought a VW Tiguan from FOW, which unfortunately developed a noise in the engine. I contacted After Sales and the team were very helpful, arranging collection and repair of the vechicle. Their communication was so clear, prompt keeping me updated every step of the way (I never had to chase communication). When there was a slight delay in returning my car, they arranged for a courtesy car to be sent to my workplace! My car was returned (cleaner than I handed it in!) with the fault carefully fixed by the technicians.

I am very grateful for the wonderful experience that I have had, and would highly recommend Fords of Winsford - great customer service; fantastic staff and a stress free experience!

It's my third car. Very efficient plus a coffee shop. None better
