I ordered a mosses basket for my son who is due within the upcoming months for £59.99. I never got no confirmation email to say I had purchased the product and the money had left my bank as I could see this on my online banking. I then contacted them in which was told I still had outstanding money left on my bill which I definitely did not. I then had to send them proof of the money leaving my bank which I done and they informed me that my product would be leaving them that day. I asked for a tracking number as I never received one and still to this day when I track my parcel it says "we're expecting it" this is with EVRI. I placed the order on the 25th Nov and today is the 8th Dec. I still DO NOT have my parcel. When I emailed the email address above to state that I had still not received my mosses basket they told me that they have contacted the carrier and it had been "lost in transit and they will send a new one out tomorrow with express delivery" I replied with how does a whole mosses basket get lost in transit!! I need this item ASAP, however, I had looked at the reviews and they are very poor so I have just requested a refund. - I am now waiting for a reply due to this but I am really disappointed in the company as a whole. Very unprofessional and seems like one big scam to me. If I do not receive a refund ASAP I will be taking legal action. Would highly recommend to not buy from this site and go to bigger brands that you can trust as its just a waste of time and effort that you do not need while being pregnant.

We ordered a Moses basket online. Knowing we cold get one for 29.99 from our local supermarket we wanted something a little more luxurious so opted for a lovely white and grey one we saw priced at 79.99 on For-your-little-one we ordered at a sale price of £50. We were sorely disappointed when it came as the leather handles were of very poor quality and a totally different colour to the picture. Brown to be precise. The whole basket, bedding and stand is grey and white..... and in the picture the handles are white leather to match this. So we weren't happy when the basket came with brown leather handles that were chipped and terribly made. I feel it was probably a copied picture on the website. I emailed the company who got back to me saying they would send another basket but with grey handles. Happy with this I accepted. The basket came a few days later. It was battered. Has chunks missing from it and the paint work was horrific. It clearly wasn't checked before sending as it was in awful condition. This did not happen in transit as the basket was bubble wrapped and boxed. These items are not checked before sending and are not handled correctly in the warehouse to have such damage. When I emailed the company again I got a very blunt response offering me a discount or I could send them back for a refund. I asked what the refund would be as it would cost me a lot of money to return 2 large boxes that came with no delivery note or return sticker. They offered me a £10 reduction. Yes £10. And after looking again in their website they had reduced the basket to £38.99!!! Sorely disappointed! Would not recommend and would not purchase again. After agreeing a £20 refund for the damaged and poor quality baskets they then proceeded to refund me the original £10 I declined! Customer service skills should be addressed! I am still battling with them to send a courier to pick up the baskets. Although I'm not sure if this happens that I trust a full refund will be processed as they are not a reputable company!
