This is my 3rd order from Broken Society and as before the quality of the t-shirt is fantastic, very soft and thick material. The fit is fantastic and true to size. I was informed all the way through the process from ordering to delivery. I highly recommend to anybody who ask about what I am wearing!!"

Great service and swift shipping! Unfortunately I found the quality and fit to be unsatisfactory. The sweatshirt I ordered felt stiff, even though it’s supposed to be super-soft cotton, not at all stretchy, and not of the same quality as other sweatshirts in the same price range. I found the unisex fit to be strange on a woman as it was narrow with very long sleeves. I ordered a size 2XL as I wanted it oversized, and it was for sure more than long enough, but the sleeves were also very narrow with too much fabric on the upper sleeve, creating a body-builder silhouette. (And returning the item from Norway is no option as the shipping costs half of what I paid for the sweatshirt.)

I had to return an order. I found the returns details in the website & emailed Broken Society. Slavena replied very promptly with clear instructions. I needed to email again to change my replacement, nothing was too much trouble, & again I had a prompt reply from Slavena. Excellent customer service.

I come across one of your designs that is very similar to a tattoo that my husband has that’s rather sentimental, I ordered him a tshirt having never heard of this company before I wasn’t too sure but it arrived and I am delighted with the quality and will definitely order again in the future! True to size, Great service!

I have rarely experienced such a caring attitude like at Broken Society. Long story short: I had an issue with the Hungarian Post regarding the custom fees. I just wanted to share this info with one of the BS's contact, who really wanted to help me, even though it was not their responsibility. They offered me a refund which, of course, I did not accept, but the way Broken Society cared about my case was unbelieveable and heart-warming! So thank you very much for being so kind! 🥰

I see a few bad reviews here with regards to shipping and customer service, which I can't understand based on my experience. Shipping was straight froward, it took a few days AS STATED! When I received my item, it wasnt as expected - a fault of my own, the print was on the front, not the back! So I contacted customer service for an exchange, where they happily obliged and set out a number of options for me. It doesn't get better than that! I actually kept the T as it looked fantastic when I tried it on! I also have to reiterate the quality of the T shirts. I am a bit of a quality snob, and these T's are beautify made.

I can only think the bad reviews are from people with too much time on their hands!!!!

The design is beautiful and the quality isn't bad at all other then it is a little on the thinn side. My biggest issue is the tops length seems short I purchased my size and it fits everywhere however it's almost 3inches shorter then other tops I own. Maybe I just have a longer torso. But I know have 3 beautiful tops that are mostly unwearable. But on the other hand I'm over the moon with the hat. Design is a 10 out of 10, but when it comes to the size that's where it lost me. But I do recommend as long as you are average/under avarage in height.

Awsome custermer service if all online shopping was this simple and rewarding , spending hard erned cash however much shpuld be treated with respect and these guys have nailed it , shoping is about the exsperance just as much the ituem , im autistic and dyslexic so leving revews just isnt my bag but these guys are a plesure to shop with so if you think its a bit pricey your defanly paying for amfqntastic shoping exsperance , nothing is to much. so in my opinoin ill keep giving them the hype they desive

I have seen this company on social media many times and I was always skeptical about buying but I fell in love with their designs and decided to give it a go.
I bought 2 t shirts, both of which are great value for money, very well made, comfortable fit and amazing designs and soft fabrics. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed from purchase to shipping to delivery. I had no issues at all.
I will be buying more from them. If you're like me and are second guessing yourself, you will be pleased with your purchase and service.
