Very slow and bad service. Been blocked from trading for 3 weeks simply because my personal financial information is not updated. Still not resolved after 3 weeks.

I am unable to use my account with FOREX.com without receiving any correspondence on why this has happened.
Apparently I needed to submit some documents.

Terribly horrible customer service
Terribly horrible customer service. Snail pace response. Account opening especially joint account can takes months which is frustratingly long . And the best part is they don’t even update on what’s happening. This review is for their customer service. But their website and ease of trading is top notch . User friendly and minimal learning curve.
