Avoid at all costs. You’ll just lose your money! Tickets didn’t work. Provided actual video proof and was on the phone with their customer service at the time when we were supposed to be at the game, then they said they didn’t have enough evidence.

We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the experience. However, we would like to clarify that, despite multiple requests, no official evidence confirming ticket invalidity was ever provided.
Upon being informed of the issue, and even before any confirmation regarding the original tickets, our team acted immediately and, according to our full guarantee, provided two separate replacement sets in an effort to assist you and ensure entry to the match.
At the same time, the seller supplied official documentation from the club supporting the validity of the tickets provided. As a result, and without verifiable proof demonstrating that the tickets themselves were invalid or rejected by the venue, we were unable to approve a refund request.
We also note that the tickets were located in the home supporters’ section for a Czech Republic vs Ireland fixture. Stadium entry restrictions related to supporter segregation may therefore have been a relevant factor, which is precisely why official evidence from the venue remains necessary for us to determine the exact cause of the issue.
Nevertheless, our position remains unchanged: should you provide official and verifiable evidence from the organizer confirming ticket invalidity, we remain fully open to reviewing the case again accordingly.

They are awful to deal with, rude, arrogant and under no circumstances will they provide a refund.
I recently booked tickets and had to cancel my trip well in advance due to a medical emergency.
They refused to acknowledge my situation and refused to refund me.
The mark-up that they add to the ticket price is almost 100%.
They offered me to relish the tickets with them at a greatly reduced price, but the tickets never sold.
They then gave me a warning saying that if I didn’t download the imaginary tickets within 24 hours, the tickets would disappear.
They are an absolute scam.

As clearly stated throughout the booking process and accepted at checkout, all confirmed orders are final and non-refundable, including in cases where customers can no longer attend due to personal circumstances. This is standard practice within the ticketing industry, as sellers commit their tickets under the same agreed conditions and clubs themselves generally do not refund purchased tickets for personal cancellations.
Regarding relisting, while we cannot comment on your specific case without identifying the order, when such an option is offered, it is typically provided as an exception and goodwill attempt to help customers recover part of their costs despite the no-cancellation policy.
We would also like to clarify that tickets made available for download are, by definition, not “imaginary” tickets. If your tickets were available in the system for download, they were not imaginary and this indicates that fulfilment had been completed.

We understand how disappointing schedule changes can be, especially when traveling from abroad to attend a match. However, we would like to clarify that the postponement of the match was a decision made solely by the official organizer and was entirely outside of Football Ticket Net’s control.
In this particular case, the tickets were issued directly under the attendee’s personal details by the club itself, meaning they were strictly personal and could not be modified, reassigned, or transferred once issued.
We would also like to note that, prior to purchase, the following information was clearly displayed both on the match page and again in the order confirmation:
“Event date and time are subject to change… tickets will remain valid for the new date and time. No refunds can be made for rescheduled matches.”
These conditions are standard within the ticketing industry and are accepted at the time of booking.
We truly regret the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling and understand that it affected your travel plans, but the order was fulfilled exactly as confirmed, with valid tickets remaining usable for the rearranged fixture.
