On the day of the football match I was assisted all the way. I had used the site before and last time I got the tickets a lot earlier i.e. 4 days. This time it was on the day which was a bit stressful as I'd travelled to the UK not knowing.

In such cases, the seller can only arrange the transfer after the club has released the tickets and will complete the delivery as quickly as possible.

Lousy. They don't worn you how common it is that the games are re-scheduled and no return or compensation policy, even they have not even delivered the tickets; that happen only 1-2 days prio the match!
" We received your request to cancel the order. According to our Terms and Conditions, no cancellation is possible. The seller like the club is not cancelling the paid and confirmed orders.We regret but no cancellation is possible at this stage. Tickets will be delivered as ordered."

However, we believe your review does not accurately reflect the information provided during the booking process. Under every match listing on our website, in the "Remarks You Must Read & Know Before Buying Tickets" section, we clearly explain that match dates and kick-off times are determined by the official organizer, are subject to change, and are outside Football Ticket Net's control. We also advise that tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date and that refunds cannot be offered in the event of a rescheduled match. Regarding ticket delivery, our website also clearly explains that tickets are dispatched as soon as they become available from the seller. Tickets are dispatched to you as soon as possible, usually 3-7 days prior to the match, and in most cases arrive 1-2 days before the match, or sometimes on the day itself. This delivery timeframe is clearly communicated on the relevant match page and is also available in our FAQ section and Terms & Conditions, all of which are presented before a purchase is completed.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to identify your booking based on the information provided in your review. We kindly ask that you contact us directly with your order number, the match you purchased tickets for, and the email address used for the booking so we can review your case thoroughly.
We would also like to clarify that whenever a customer is unable to attend a rescheduled match, we always do our best to help where possible. Depending on the circumstances and the seller's approval, we may be able to offer options such as relisting the tickets for resale or changing the order. However, in some cases - particularly for matches where attendee details are required, or where the seller has already purchased or issued the tickets and is simply awaiting the required attendee details to complete the process - we are unable to cancel the order, as the seller is no longer able to cancel the tickets or recover their cost.
