Website is superb and able to choose and pay. No problem. I expected email or texts with my delivery details so I could work around full time working and tradesmen for delivery.. nope. Nothing. Nada. Nicht. So I chased them after a few days and got notification at 4pm that day that a delivery was coming next morning-Jesh! I tried to accommodate but in the end no one came. So several emails to Sam and Yasmin finally gave me the delivery firm but still no tracking numbers so I was still unable to organise delivery and time off work. I finally tracked down the firm myself and arranged delivery for Thursday. Shocked to find it in my back garden on Tuesday!
Upshot is I have taken my follow up orders worth £650 and £700 elswhere to a company who within 15 minutes gave me tracking details that I co-ordinated and has been received and signed for faster than FLUSH original order days prior.
management- Take note!
Customers: If you don't care when your stuff will rock up and have all day every day to wait, you'll be fine.

You are missing the point. The couriers were fine. The free service is great. But how can people know to be in if you do not pass the tracking details? How?
No up dates on dispatch progress, nothing.
I asked several times in emails and still got no tracking details that I could work around and honour. That us the point if failure - not the courier.

I am very sorry that you were unhappy with the delivery service that was provided by our supplier on this occasion. It is clearly stated on our website that we offer a free delivery service - this is how we manage to maintain some of the lowest prices available on the web. Unfortunately, the very nature of a free delivery service is that it does not always allow for specific days or times of delivery to be arranged. This is just not a service that we provide at our price bracket and we feel that we do make this clear.
I am sorry to hear that you found your items in your back garden. I have reviewed the correspondence between yourself and our sales team and whilst they have tried to inform as best they can, I cannot see why your item has ended up in your garden - so I will pass this on to our supplier's courier.
As above, the delivery service that we offer is free and we do state that orders can take between 2-6 days to dispatch. We try to accommodate our customers' needs regarding delivery as best we can but this is not always possible on a free service - but most of the carriers we and our suppliers use either utilise tracking systems or book in a delivery with customers.
Once again, I am sorry that you were unhappy and hope that the above goes some way to explaining our position.

Flush provide very good value for money…
Flush provide very good value for money products at excellent prices. I recommend you order ahead of when you need the products, as if you are kitting out an entire bathroom or two it may take a wee while for them to get all the products in. That was fine by me, though they didn't tell me the order was too large for one shipment so they split it … so their after sales follow up is a wee lacking. But once I queried I had immediate response. As my house is a building site I have not managed to check all the goods but those I have checked look great and the packaging looks okay.

Company accepted my order for a Belfast sink(advertising that there were a number available), took my money the next day, and less than 6 hours later they sent an apology that the item was not available. That was bad enough, but they were quick enough to take my money, but that it would take up to 14 days for my money to be returned to my account. Here I am 15 days later and still waiting. Will be informing a PayPal about this. I have seen other reviews of similar content, so this does not appear to be a "one off".

I ordered £830 worth of goods from Flush bathrooms 10 days ago,no word of a delivery date imminent,I have now cancelled the order and now no word about a refund,the telephone system permanently out of order and only sporadic response by email.My advice is pay a bit more and go to a reputable company.

We have had severe issues with our telephone lines but are fully functional on both email and live chat and have encountered no drop in service because of this. I can see that, unfortunately, you have continuously contacted us on new email threads and not on the emails that our staff have replied to you on, which may explain why you have missed their responses in trying to deal with your issue. We will always be as prompt as we can to deal with any issues that our customers encounter, and I can see that several attempts were made in this regard.
Regarding your refund, we do advise that a refund can take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your bank account. This is solely down to administrative processes and I can see that your refund is in the process of being administered.
In conclusion, I can only apologise again for your perceived frustrations with us, but I can only say I believe we did all we could to assist you. If you would like to contact us again, I will ensure that our General Manager is available to discuss any further issue with you.

Disappointing
Ordered 3 items. Flush debited my card and then contacted me to tell me that none of the items were in stock and wouldn’t be for a number of weeks. Was told that this would be the same woth all other retailers but managed to order the same items the same day with next day delivery from another supplier. To this day (18 days later) I still have not recieved my refund. Not very happy

Unfortunately, due to the preorder nature of some of our items - plus our direct sourcing from the manufacturers - we are very much constrained by stock availability. Also, a transaction is completed upon checkout - hence why funds would have been taken immediately.
We do state that a refund can take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your bank, so I am disappointed to see the 18 days that you state. I have investigated and the refund was processed well within this period so the hold up is very perplexing. Again, I can only apologise again.
It surprises me also that you were able to source this item elsewhere so quickly, as we were assured that the product was unavailable in the UK at your time of ordering. Either way, we cannot legislate for the stock levels of other retailers so again, please accept my apologies.

We did offer you an alternative but could not price match due to the price bracket of the item you originally ordered. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with this.
Regarding your refund, we have looked into this issue again and we cannot see any correspondence from you stating that you would like a refund - we were last notified that you were looking into the alternative that we offered. Money down the toilet - refuses to refund
Listed a product they didn't have in stock. I paid for it but next day they told me it wasn't in stock. No alternative would have been good so I asked for a refund. I was quoted two weeks (!!!) to get the refund. After 3 emails and 16 days I still have not received it so can only assume they have no intention of refunding me. Chargeback applied for - I WILL get my money back via debit card safety scheme but I now find myself going the extra mile and trying to warn others not to use this disreputable company.

Firstly, I can only apologise for your unhappiness in your dealings with us.
We advise on stock availability solely from information that we receive from manufacturers which, unfortunately, is subject to change. In this instance, we, unfortunately, had an item listed that was no longer in stock which, therefore meant it was available to order. This is a mistake that we tried to clear up with you as quickly as we possibly could.
As I'm sure you now know, we ALWAYS have the intention to refund our customers when appropriate. We are not in the business of holding onto funds that are not our own and, as I very much hope that you can appreciate, such actions are not in our interests. We do state that refunds CAN take up to 14 days (sometimes longer depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account. I am sorry that this took 16 days as you describe.
Whilst we do use dropshipping as a model in some instances, it is not in the form of the negative tone that you insinuate. Our dropshipping model works in the sense that we ship items directly from some of the UK's most reputable bathroom manufacturers directly to our customers. Not only does this mean that we can price our items at very competitive prices, it also means that we can ship orders out much more efficiently to our customers. In this regard, we are proud to say that we utilise drop ship methods, alongside many other retailers in this sector, for the good of our customers.
Once again, please do accept my apologies and thank you for your feedback.

Appalling customer service.
After waiting in all day for my order, when it didn't arrive I contacted them. Had to use the online chat as their phone service doesn't work. You can't actually speak to them. They told me that I couldn't have my order because their couriers let them down. No suggestion that I could have it later, I couldn't have it at all. Granted, they refunded my money the next day, that's what the one star is for, but they didn't bother to let me know it wasn't coming, and I lost a day's work. This sort of appalling customer service directly affects my business but they clearly don't care about that.

Simply, we were hugely let down by our courier in this instance which did mean that we were unable to supply you with your goods. Whilst I understand this is of no consolation to you, it did mean that we were completely unaware that you would not receive your goods until you contacted us. I can assure you that we do care very much for our customers and do all we can to ensure our services standards are maintained as high as you would expect.

Awful customer services
Awful customer services and almost impossible to get through by phone so you end up dealing completely in email. Missing item from original order and rude and completely unhelpful delivery driver which meant I couldnt check my items. Despite emailing flush that I could only check after driver had gone, items had turned up 2 wks early so informed them couldn't check thoroughly til bathroom fitter was here. I had also signed couldn't check on the invoice - 1 item was missing and had to pay to get a replacement! Was made to feel it was a huge favour to me that I was only paying half of cost but would get next day delivery....which I didn't get! Got an apology but refused a refund and told to just wait as they had gone 'above and beyond for me'?!!
Just do yourselves a favour and avoid it's not worth the hassle
