Apple ssd enclosure
Quick delivery was a bit disappointed that the Ssd was not a genuine apple one and a Chinese adapter on the end of the standard m type Ssd as I have found that they don’t do everything they should

Excellent Customer Service
So the original order arrived with me incorrectly, meaning I had to call the company to unravel the problem. I hold belief, that you can only judge a company on how they right issues and its safe to say that Flexx International exceeded my expectations, in not only organising a return, but also despatching the correct item the same day which arrived the following morning before 13:00
As a result I would not hesitate in buying from this business again and I congratulate them on their excellent customer service - the quality of my purchase was also second to none.

Amazing service
The support team are really knowledgable and helpful and really went the extra mile when my step-sons Mac Mini SSD failed in the middle of GCSEs! Have used mulitple times and will do again in a heartbeat.

Fast delivery of an iMac SSD upgrade kit. Kit works perfectly. It’s risky doing the screen removal but this is a known issue/risk. Having said that, the kit provides everything that’s needed. The service and item which is what this review really refers to was first class. Would use again. IMac now running faster and boots in seconds.

Not clear return policy on new unopened items
I purchased a kit of this RAM Samsung 64GB (32GB x 2) DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHZ 260 Pin SODIMM 1.2V CL 22 laptop ram memory module and had to return it due I wasn't able to find a workstation I was looking for, so instead of keeping it, decided to send it back for a full refund.
The current return policy says that "In order for us to give you a full refund the item needs to be returned to us in new, unaltered, and unused condition in its original packaging with all the bits and bobs it came with." which I did and it was returned as brand new unopened item (confirmed by the seller when they received the return). However, the seller charged me for the return postage even though I did pay for next day delivery when I originally purchased the RAM.
Quite disappointed with this, but if the seller will charge for the cost of the return even on unused and unopened brand-new items, then they should update this information on their site.

Gold standard product and customer service
My Macbook Pro storage was nearly full, so I wanted to upgrade the SSD. The Flexx website provided clear, comprehensive and accurate information to enable me to choose a suitable drive (Flexx LX300 1TB) and install it. Flexx technical support promptly responded to my queries, including confirming compatibility with my exact model of laptop. Delivery was quick. Excellent instruction videos linked from the website took the nerves out of the physical installation and the software transfer process. Installation complete without problems, I am now up and running with a huge expanse of available storage space. This was simply the best experience of a technical purchase I have ever known!
