Product came on time, works well easy ordering process

Ordered a memory stick as an upgrade for my Mac Pro on Saturday morning from Flexx and by Saturday afternoon - 2 hours later - it was in the post and on its way to me, which I was amazed at, not expecting anyone to be there over the weekend, so great start and service. The only let down was Royal Mail who can't seem to deliver in the 48 hours they promise. I was sent an email by them saying it would be delivered on Tuesday which would have been amazing but from past experience it seems they send an email but then don't deliver as promised in the time slot. This is what happened again and I got another email from RM promising the next day, Wednesday, which it did arrive on. So 5 out of 5 for Flexx but 1 for RM. The memory stick was simple to replace in my computer and works smoothly. Thanks Flexx.

Ordered Direct from there website via bank transfer. Got the product with out issue, I have fitted it with the provided 'kit' and its in and working. Having the pre-loaded OS has made my life so much easier.

The OWC Thunderbolt 5 hub is working well. I have the OWC Express 1M2 connected to it and read/write speeds are identical to the device being connected directly to my Mac Studio. Which is what you would expect. Obviously this is Thunderbolt 4 only, but still very encouraging.

I especially like the on/off switch fitted to the hub. When I've finished using the OWC Express I now eject it and switch off the hub. This stops the drive from always being slightly warm, which I expect will be good for it in the long run.
